The Indian lady at check in was super friendly. Hotel close to the airport and ok for a short layover

You get what you pay for the manager doesn’t like blacks

Friendly staff and nice area. Only downside is they do business work while taking care of customers and have them waiting. Take care of customers first the business. When a customer is at the window, that is the #1 priority at that moment.

The room was no properly cleaned. It was smelly, like if some one had smoked before. Good for the price just for one night.

They're were fake eyelashes on the sink, long black hairs on the floor, every towel had a hair on it and when i pulled back the sheets i found hairs on the pillows. I've stayed at this econo Lodge before and the room was never this bad but I just finished a 12-hour drive so I put my own sheet over the bed and had my own blanket and my own pillows, just went to sleep and got up and left. For the price of the room it served its purpose Staff was friendly.

I'm always comfortable every time I stay there,, the staff is super nice very engaged,, considering the location, still a nice clean peaceful place to stay.. it's some hiccups but not enough to really complain about...

Hey if it's for one night its perfect, i read reviews before coming i brought my own toiletries bedsheets towels shower shoes lysol frebreeze, single traveling women with protection i wasn't scared but very aware of my surroundings, they have camreas hopfully they keeping a eye on them, wouldn't hurt to upgrade and put some money back into the property.

The room was not cleaned from the previous person before my stay. There was a hanger left someone else’s hair in the bed and the floor looked like it’s never been swept or mopped. The staff was okay but it was a little concerning to me that there was a police patrol and cameras every five feet out so around the building.

I didn’t get in town until 1am. I went to check in and my reservation was canceled because the card on file was declined. I was not notified of this until I got there. Understanding this is a business and the rooms were needed for other travelers, someone could have called me as my number was attached to the reservation. Furthermore the attendant was rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all. After waiting 30 mins for her to help the person in front of me (whom she accosted for a vending machine soda) and after finally discovering my reservation was canceled she would not just book a room, I was told I would need to reserve another room. Classless and useless. Businesses should put more focus and resources on customer service because your profits are suffering for hiring people like her
