Over priced $310/night and bad service. Nice view but old rooms, young lady in reception little rude/bored, luggage room and bellboy not working. Check in 16.00 and check out at 10.00 or pay penalty $25/hour. No complimentary water in the room and store ckoses at 21.00.

I’ve stayed here twice and I would again. Great history with great people. It’s in the middle of everything.

Overall the property was decent. My room clean but had a moldy smell. My keycard didn’t work and had and had to wait for it to be fixed. Customer service was ok. They need to employ more people at the restaurant especially for breakfast. The views were fantastic and overall a good place to stay.

Beautiful place and views. Bathroom looked like they were barely cleaned but other that that everything was great. If you plan on walking be prepared to walk up and down the hill to get there.

I stayed recently while on winter holiday. I found the staff always prepared to help you. Although was a little disappointed there was no live music for our Wednesday night stay. But the band has time off as well. I was pleased with the food and drinks served. Bonus on having a little store right there at the hotel for some little odds and ends. The front desk and bell hops are always willing to call you a cab. The property itself is a little older. Plus the hot tub is more of a warm tub. Otherwise I would have given this place 5 stars across the board.

The location is great. We had a balcony, washing and drying machine, kitchen, etc. There is a hotel restaurant and bar and it was fun watching people sing karaoke. You must drive or get cabs everyday if you are staying at this hotel though. It’s high up on a hill. Great stay though.

We had view of the pier where the cruise ships doc. We liked the small kitchen and mini fridge. They had everything needed to cook with from pans, utensils, cutting board to coffee maker. We cooked breakfast and lunch several times. We would stay there again.

The property is very conveniently located around major attractions, shopping as well as dining options. The views from the property are some of the best you could experience on the island. Spacious, clean, upgraded rooms made sure we had a comfortable stay. The little kitchenette came in very handy in preparing food for little children in our group. There is an in-house restaurant and a convenience store for day today needs. Staff is polite and helpful. Spacious pool and jacuzzi are with a wonderful view of the bay. Everything about this property is family friendly and we’ll definitely stay again and recommend this property.
