Room needed things fixed and updated. Black on the ceiling above air conditioner. Shower caddy filthy.

The unique thing about this property is the joy of walking up 10 flights of stairs to your room to find one of the worst rooms I've ever stayed in. TV doesnt work, burnt out lights, no AC. Bugs. It su ks.

This is a low budget hotel but it has old school character. We stayed in queen room with balcony, private bath. Bed was comfortable, mini-split a/c unit worked great, shower water pressure was good. There are a LOT of steps to get to reception and the rooms, but that didn't bother us. The pool was refreshing. Breakfast consisted packaged snacks, oranges/bananas, coffee. You can buy beer/wine at the concierge desk. The location was very close to shopping and historic sites. Great view! Friendly and helpful staff who helped call taxi's.

The location is great and the view from our room outstanding. Service was good and the property clean and well-kept. The only downside was the 51 steps needed to get to the reception area and another 31 to our room. Wish we had known that in advance.

Wasn’t given the room that was booked. The bed is uncomfortable and the room was not ready at check in time.

We stayed here for a week long vacation. Upon arrival we were immediately disappointed in the condition of the rooms and the beds were like laying on a plank of wood that have springs digging into your back. We were not provided with housekeeping one time during our stay, even though we were told different. The provided breakfast is tap water, bagles, and breakfast bars. If you were expecting a hot meal you will be severely disappointed. On the last day of our stay the owners wife offered us a ride to the airport having us stick around the hotel with no late check out, after an hr of waiting around she then took back her offer and told us to take a cab. We spent over 1,200 to stay here and honestly my money was wasted and id never consider stay here again.

Harry and Sonya are amazing! This place is safe, comfortable, and close to everything! You can pay more, but why?

Sophia ia amazing person and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this hidden gem. Very home like environment.

No hot water at all so we could not take a shower. We found this 10 to 8 pm, we tried many times then I ran to the front desk, staff has gone for the day. I tried to call, but no phone is listed in the front desk. Today 12/10, my friend booked another day to stay in this hotel, I talked two staffs, they told me that the hot water was broken yesterday (12/9), they knew that but they didn’t tell us, they said today is Sunday, nobody comes to fix. We paid around $143 on 12/9 stay, paid around $127 on 12/10 stay, no hot water, we can’t take a shower at all, there is no table and chairs in the room. The staffs are not nice at all.
