The Bowl Inn

We stayed in the suite, which was like a tiny apartment. Hidden location with lovely countryside to go for a walk around it. Although it was a busy night at the pub there was no noise in the room. Great breakfast (freshly baked croissant and pain au chocolat). Overall quiet and relaxing

This Pub with accommodation was outstanding. The room was beautifully decorated. Lovely bathroom with shower & bath. Water for drinking provided every day. Plus tea & coffee facilities. Staff were so friendly. Breakfast had great choice. Great menu for evening meal. I would definitely stay again. It really exceeded all our expectations.

We stayed for 2 nights for a friend’s wedding and really enjoyed our time. The room was sweet and charming with original features, the staff were friendly and the English breakfast was delicious. Well worth a visit!

Beautiful quiet location at a tiny single-track crossroads a few miles northwest of Charing. Friendly, relaxed and welcoming staff from the moment we arrived. Lots of space inside and out, with extensive garden area. Good food and beer. Very pleasant and well maintained room (2) - quiet despite being above bar. We’d strongly recommend this pub for a peaceful weekend in the Kent countryside.

Beautiful pub in the middle of no-where. We stayed in the garden room with a dog. Spotlessly clean and furnished to a very high standard. Breakfast lunch and dinner all delicious. Could not fault this place. Staff friendly and attentive

Stayed for two nights in balcony room service from entire staff was friendly and brilliant nothing was to much trouble. We travelled with two friends from California and they felt totally at home with this fantastic level of service. Special thanks to Sandy but all staff were magnificent.

We picked the Bowl Inn purely because it was convenient to somewhere we were going the following day and I couldn't have had a better experience if I'd spent 100x as long researching places to stay. My wife and I ate in the restaurant and the food was lovely so I'd happily recommend it purely for that but we also stayed in one of the rooms overnight. The room was very stylish and comfortable, large bathroom and comfortable bed, but the thing that stood out was the general customer service given by every single person we dealt with, it was very welcoming and I'd stay again simply as a nice place to stay for a night or two.

A lovely comfortable room. We stayed in Room 8 with a lovely balcony, roll top bath and walk in shower. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. Tea/Coffee facilities in room were good. Breakfast was nice , good choice of things. Would recommend to stay and also plan to visit again in the summer.
