머큐어 샹티이 리조트 & 컨벤션(Mercure Chantilly Resort & Conventions)

酒店不錯，比較遠的地方，很大，早餐種類比較少，房間寬敞和明亮，交通方便，停車方便，服務很熱情，酒店叫車比較麻煩，要等，晚上19點才開。

Super séjour, Tout était parfait. Emplacement au calme et au vert, le personnel sympathique Le petit déjeuner très bon, les produits frais. Petit bémol cependant, le petit déjeuner n'est servi que jusqu'à 10h.11h aurait été parfait. La piscine est grande, de nombreux transats. Si elle était couverte elle garderait plus la chaleur mais compte tenu de la température extérieure, cela était très bien. Plusieurs billards, ping pong, baby-foot et même 2 courts de tennis. Les chambres avec terrasse sont particulièrement agréables. Un super week-end

Pour la 2ème fois, ravis de notre séjour en amoureux à l’hôtel Mercure Chantilly Resort & Conventions 🥰 hôtel de très grande classe au milieu de la forêt ❤️ chambre très confortable, très propre, rien ne manque ! J’adore les produits Nuxe ❤️🥰 Le personnel très à l’écoute et attentionné, le réceptionniste nous a même surclassé ! Espace piscine intérieur très agréable ! Resto et serveur sympas ! Petit déjeuner très copieux, de qualité ! Nous reviendrons très certainement une 3ème fois 😉❤️ Séjour parfait !

Great location, not impressed with service. The hotel is located approx 30 km north of Paris, 20 mins from CDG airport. It is in the country side, surrounded by fields and a golf course. The rooms are average and the minibar contains water and (full sugar) Softdrinks. The restaurant has a small choice of food and the staff struggles to speak pigeon English. They overcharged us in the end and nobody spoke good enough English to dort it. The restaurant has normal tables for the convention guests, but normal guest have to sit in very low chairs at a big coffee table. Same for breakfast.,if you are struggling to get up from a low chair use the room service, although the rooms have only 1 chair. One thing is sure: you have a quiet sleep.

It's a nice location and we have a very nice view from our room. Room is very clean. Bathroom need a update

Really good area and good hotel to stay. Only down side is after cleaning bathrobes always gone and not replaced. So we had to ask at the reception for it and been always providing. Everyday same were happening. Everything 5*. Only that little annoying as we need bathrobes to use for swimming pool and everyday had to as for them )

Terrible and actually revolting experience. I check in and get told I’d been upgraded - ok, no issues there. The room was okay but nothing special (I believe it was room 135). But I woke up in the middle of the night (3 AM) after a long trip to France, only to find a bedbug had bit me. I thought it might just be one, but I still cautiously checked. After flipping pillows and checking the sheets, I kept finding more. Finally I tore off the mattress cover and again more and more bugs. In short, the bed was COVERED IN BED BUGS. I went to the reception at 3AM and got a cold “sorry” and “here’s a new room”. The new room (room number 103) was not only a downgrade, but also next to a very loud power generator that buzzed every minute, non stop. Other problems: - The carpets are dirty and stained. - No power outlet in the bathroom. - The rooms are not sound proof at all, it’s a total lie. - Why put a coffee machine in the room if you are not going to provide pods? - Staff never greets anyone. Very cold and rude. - Despite the incident (I showed the staff photos of the bugs as proof at 3AM when I went to the reception) no compensation was offered. No discount. No apology. Literally nothing. This was a business trip and paid by my employer, but almost 1.000 EUR for 3 nights and having level of service and hygiene is despicable. You should be ashamed.

This hotel was so overpriced. The rooms was sooooo small. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean but we would not stay here again. For the money one would expect a reasonable sized room. There was no place for our luggage, and no place to walk in the room at all.

We felt like entering a mediocre Disneyland hotel, other than the hotel being very well placed; the pool & the food at the hotel was very poor. Both at check in and check out took us more than 25mins. No particular remarks about the staff.
