Hotel staff is polite but hotel room were not up to mark. Hotel have car parking.

Awesome room and staff is also very good and the food is very tasty Cleanliness is very good Location is superb

Very poop hospitality and rude staff.. If you are with family do not visit this hotel. Waiting for check in and no one to even collect your luggage and lifts not working was asking to go to the 5 the floor by stairs at the age of 65.

Overall satisfactory experience. The hotel is at a good location... Just 15 min drive from railway station. The ambience is decent and the food is good. Now the things to improvise are the space in rooms. It's high time this hotel needs a make over. Another thing is the room service especially the towels are filthy.

This is a hopeless hotel with ill ***nered staff. When we were checking out in the morning, the frond desk guy (Jot) was rude to say that there is no bell boy and literally asked us to get the luggage on our own. Hotel rooms was dirty. Bed sheet were dirty.

Hotel rooms are with old furniture, Room size is small even with double occupancy. Washrooms are without any proper maintenance. Stayed there with family for two days but the experience was not good. I travel a lot, but this is not a four star property from any virtue although the hotel local is very good... I had booked two suites, but the quality is worst against the amount they charge.. It is a business hotel, hence not recommended for Families..

The moment I checked in since then I was facing problems. My room was changed 4 times !!!! Initially they gave me smoking room, later they shifted me but still smoke smell was all over the room. Again they changed it and this time room looked really bad , walls were dirty, AC was not working. Again I asked them to change and finally I got tired of room shift entire day. Bed sheets were torn, there was no proper linen. Front desk staff is not polite especially that girl. She made me go through room shifting process 4 times. Staff need to be more polite and good listener. Next morning breakfast was spicy, poha has lot of chopped chilli, breakfast is suppose to be mild. They really need to work on their rooms interior, it looked like guest house.

The rooms are well maintained. The staff is articulate, attentive and supportive. I interacted a lot with Mr. Piyush at the dining area, he is committed, caring and supportive, he made my stay all the more awesome! The Customer service staff at the Front Desk are amazing especially Mr. Nadim and Mr ***prit they helped me to secure Taxis all the time before I got a local sim card. Mr. ***prit offered me 100 Rupees for a Taxi before I could exchange dollars. This kind of generosity is a rarity this days. Congratulations Mr. Piyush, Nadim, ***prit and the entire staff fraternity at KLG Starlite. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice room, good services and staff are very friendly. Mr Piyush in staff was particularly very cooperative and gave us good experience. Mr Ankush, Ms Pallavi, Ms Sarabjot were very good. Would recommend all.
