And special mention we met one girl name Neha Sharma she took us for a nature walk very cute nd humble girl we had a wonderful time with her she guided us for many others thing so overall we had a wonderful time here we recommend our friends and family. We arrived at Fortune Park Dalhousie on 12/03/25 for 2 nights. We were really welcomed by Anjali and her team at the reception. Also in the food & beverages service Vinod was very welcoming and polite and good to talk to. Above all Deepika Thakur also in the food & beverages was amazing there was no trouble at all for her in making us feel at home and special. Since both my wife and I are vegetarians we had our dinner included so Deepika was so helpful in catering for us and noting was any trouble for her. Deepika went above and beyond her duty and we both feel she definitely deserves a commendation. Well Done Deepika oh and they have the best seeded cookies ever with the afternoon tea.

This is the best hotel we have stayed until now. Room service is very fast. All of the staff’s are very kind especially Deepika, Abhishek and Shail they are taking care of us. We all enjoyed the food. It was really amazing and tasty. Thank You..

No less than a DISASTER! 1. On the day of check in we reached hotel around 1.45 - 2 PM. as we were given room at extreme left of the hotel which has quite a restricted view. We requested the front desk to change our room as we did not like it thinking most guests had not arrived yet and we may get another room towards the other side of hotel which has better view. We were clearly told NO. 2. On first day we opted for buffet dinner as the property is quite far from everything. It was quite mismanaged affair and nobody was attending to guests. After taking gravy generally someone comes to ask for breads, we had to look for someone to ask for breads. 3. Second day..we left for sight seeing and ask the house keeping to clean the room, trust me this is the worst form of room making you'll ever see after paying Rs 11000/night. Besides JUST folding the quilt and placing pillow in an absolutely shabby manner, nothing was touched in the room. Couch cushions remained thrown on carpet. Even the bathroom floor was not mopped. 4. Second day there was no usual buffet dinner as they asked us to take Christmas Gala dinner for Rs 3500 per person. So we decided to order from in room dining. We asked what is Daal -e-Fortune(from the IRD menu), the guy said- its daal makhni (assuming it to be prepared in some special way) we ordered it, honestly this was the below a basic dal makhani @ Rs 650+ taxes. We ordered 4 rotis..they sent 6 rotis instead. No proper crockery was sent(no bowl for dal which was of thin consistency which ideally shud have been thick) All in all, it was an extremely awful 2 day experience at this property Me and my wife being corporates have stayed at all types of properties from Oberoi- Vilas properties to Lemon Trees of the world This is was a nightmare for the price we paid. Think twice before booking

The balcony view from our room had an amazing backdrop of the mountains. The breakfast was excellent with so many American and Indian cuisine options and dinner was delicious. The maids were very friendly and provided great service. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying Dalhousie.
