Poorest property ever stayed at. Sleeping on a road is better and avoid this hotel. They just looted our money. No electricity in the room, no water, no food after 9. And they bring their bouncers if you complain them. Pathetic ***ager. Pathetic staff. Don’t come here.

It was an amazing trip. I thoroughly enjoyed, went there with my family and we had amazing time. The food was delicious, the rooms were clean, the environment was very clean. I would highly recommend this to everyone.

We are and we will always be regretting our stay at this resort.Booked it for 13-05-23 Reasons for such bad experience *Wild spider was found in the washroom with stinking smell *The bed always made so much sound being inbalanced- we had to keep a towel under so that we could actually relax on our vacation *Not even a single looking mirror in the room to dress up *Despite 3 calls and 50 mins we received whiskey glasses that too the PLASTIC ones *We and one other group of people were told to check-out at 9 a.m just because they were sold out on 14-05-23 so that they could get the room cleaned by 11 am for the next group. To our surprize when we were about to checkout around 12(after ***y requests) there were no such groups *Charging INR 3000 for a kids mattress for one night and a room for INR7000- how unjustified is that *Food is just too overpriced *The receptionists always showed off that the property is all busy...the 8 rooms next to our stay were vacant Just spoiled our vacation and occassion totally.

Very bad expereince. Waste of money as rooms are old and are without any amenities. Also they provide torned mattress instead of extra bed. Hotel is expensive as compared to the facilities they provide. Service is poor due to low staff. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you are coming to Chail kindly choose any other hotel otherwise you will waste ur money.

This is a very genuine review....one of the worst hospitality....the property is huge but they r not able to ***age anything.....the pool was smelling so horrible...the changing rooms were so dirty and no TOWELS in the pool area.....we paid handsome amount for 1 night and am so glad we just had to kill one night....the rooms were not that great....the chef was not available....the cheeses used for garlic was so bad that we all had pains on the stomach after eating....chicken was under cooked....in so called paneer Tikka the paneer was so sour...not worth the money u spend there.....I didn't wanted to be rude to staff bcoz they all trying to work..but the ***agement needs to really look into the maintenance....forgot to mention in pics they show amazing video games section and class activity area..which in reality is a smelling room with bat but no ball...carrom with no powder...badminton with no shuttle....ps5 with no electricity and pool with no frame....so think before u plan to go........

Rishabh service was very good and he was very polite and supportive and helps so much . Environment was very good. So overall service was amazing just because of Rishabh. This guy was so helpful whenever we need any thing anytime. And he should also be promoted

Excellent hotel with excellent location located service is excellent sepcially Kishan captain and Ankush Steward is very helpful!! I would recommend everyone to come least one's for a good Holliday experience

Rooms were dirty, washroom was stinking,spiders roamed freely, beer was flat and menu was not good.Totally Mis ***aged property.lot of littering in whole property.No cleanliness in rest rooms and even in Restaurants.wastage of money

This resort was not close to the main city. It was a very big property and they were under staffed. The room services were very slow due to large distances among there kitchen and stores and rooms. The toilets were stinking with no ventilation. The room was unhygenic with unsafe doors with insects and spiders roaming here n there. There wasn’t air conditioning even after mentioning in there catalogue. The lawns were not maintained which caused a lot of mosquitoes. The rooms were tighter than in photos. The washroom didn’t have apt water. There wasn’t any provision of hot or cold water in the shower, it was either cold or hot. The swimming pool was not free for the guests. There weren’t any additional services as all of them were paid except the activity center. The restaurant served a vast menu but the food quality was not good. They forgot to serve the sides with the dishes. They were short of alcholic beverages and served flat beer. The snacks were tastless and the breakfast was cold. The only thing good in the restaurant was the coffee that too from the machine which was self made. The reception area was very uncomfortable with insects and a lot of heat due to glass surrondings. My overall experience was not good and I wouldn’t recommend spending money here. Personally I wouldn’t visit this property ever again.
