Nice hotel with friend staff, homemade breakfast was excellent!

環境優美安靜，早餐豐盛。老闆熱情好客，積極幫忙想辦法解決問題。酒店位於小鎮商業區內，出門就是風景！！

Es war die reinste Katastrophe. Die ersten beiden Tage hatten wir kein warmes Wasser. Das Zimmer war so dermaßen klein, dass zwei Personen und zwei Koffer gerade mal so reingepasst haben. Die Toiletten haben ständig nur gestunken. Da sich das Zimmer im EG befand, hat man jeden einzelnen Schritt und jedes einzelne Gespräch von den Leuten gehört. Als wir den Hotelbesitzer gefragt haben, ob wir mal unsere Wäsche waschen lassen können, wurde uns gesagt kein Problem wird gewaschen. Uns wurde gesagt wir müssen nichts dafür zahlen, jedoch können wir als Nettigkeit was für geben. Das Resultat war die weiße Wäsche kann mit Flecken raus, die davor nicht vorhanden waren. Die komplette weiße Wäsche ist nun verdreckt mit Flecken, da Sie auf eine Stange gehangen wurde die dreckig und verrostet war. Beim Auschecken hielt uns der Besitzer auf und verlangte auch noch das Geld für die Wäsche, welche ya nichts kosten sollte. Daraufhin haben wir Ihm gesagt, dass die Wäsche mit Flecken zurückgegeben wurde, die nicht vorhanden waren. Er glaubte es nicht, bis der Mitarbeiter selbst es ihm erklärt hat. Es gab weder eine Entschuldigung dafür noch ein Entgegenkommen. Schlussendlich haben wir zwei Tage ohne warmes Wasser duschen müssen und nun Flecken auf der kompletten Wäsche, bei der noch nichtmal klar ist, ob die jemals wieder sauber werden kann. Also absolut nicht zu empfehlen!! Einzig positive ist die Lage. Mehr hat das Hotel aber auch nicht zu bieten.

What a delightful place with welcoming staff! It's so cozy that you can feel right at home. While the room was a bit small, it was kept clean and tidy. They also served a homemade breakfast in their lovely courtyard and every afternoon they offered tea and sweets. The hotel has a warm and homely atmosphere, making you feel right at home. Additionally, the location is very convenient.

A nice family run hotel, however it is rather compact. The pictures of the rooms look big but the room we stayed in was very small. We booked a room with 1 King bed and 1 single bed, however the room had 3 single beds, with 2 beside each other and one against the wall with the TV above it. We were also told there was free parking and were given a car park name to park in, however, the car park attendant charged us, we brought this to the attention to one staff member, who advised we should have called them when reaching the car park name and to park beside it, yet when we called the night before we were told to park there. Overall for the price we paid for 2 nights without breakfast, I can't say we were at all satisfied. We were excited for this place and were left disappointed.

Emre and his family and staff made us very welcome. The pool was a lifesaver, the big breakfast the best we've ever had, and the afternoon cakes and tea were a hit. The wifi was a bit patchy, otherwise highly recommended.
