Even though, we arranged with the owner of the apartment for an one night stay without booking through a platform, she asked us to give her an hour to clean the room, but when we came back with our luggage, which we had carried for 1 km from the parking the owner told us that we couldn't stay because the room got booked from boooking platform. This customer service behaviour was unacceptable, unprofessional and from our point of view should be avoided. Extremely painful experience for a 5 member family.
