호텔 꼭대기에 위치한 수영장은 시내 전경을 볼 수 있음. 낮에도 밤에도 바람 쐬기에 더할 나위 없음. 근처 도보로 3분 거리 queen city 몰도 있음

이번이 이 호텔에 두 번째 방문입니다. 첫 번째 방문 때는 괜찮았는데, 이번에는 청결 상태에 실망했습니다. 객실에 들어서자마자 침대 시트와 담요에서 냄새가 났고 누렇게 변색되어 있었습니다. 게다가 객실에 비치된 바디워시도 채워져 있지 않았습니다. 요청 후에야 더러운 시트를 교체해주고 비누도 채워주긴 했지만, 청결 관리가 얼마나 부족한지 보여주는 사례였습니다. 호텔 측에서 이 부분에 주의를 기울여야 할 것 같습니다.

Overall worth it sih buat hotel di harga segini. Breakfast enak, lokasi strategis, plus rooftop pool nya view nya cakep ✨ Cuma ada beberapa notes: area gym agak creepy, terus response housekeeping buat additional amenities lumayan slow. Harus call beberapa kali, bahkan sempet nunggu di koridor karena alasannya lagi nunggu lift. Kebersihan juga masih bisa lebih ditingkatin. But overall, masih super worth it dan bener-bener value for money. 👍

The hotel is nice, the rooms are big, the mattresses are soft, and the facilities are very good for families, there is a children's playground and a swimming pool. I personally don't like the parking location because it's quite narrow and initially quite confusing. I also dislike the breakfast because the food options are very few. maybe for the next order I will not include breakfast. Very good and strategic location.

Has taken note for connecting room but it's said not available during check in time on 2 pm. Luckily on second day we've been given what we requested.

The bed sheet was dirty, looks like they didnt change it at all. The pillow was dirty too, I called the room service twice to change it but they never came and I gave up. The door for the bathroom was broken and its really hard to open and close it, eventually it fell off the rail. One time the hotel lobby smelled so bad because the toilets are near and the doors are not closed. Somehow the receptonists doesnt notice the smells at all and we had to tell them.
