Cozy Home with over an Acre - November rates reduced!!!

Great stay! The house was very clean and well kept! Plenty of space and the outside yard was very big! The neighborhood was safe and much to our surprise, a short walk to a beautiful river! It was close in proximity to downtown! Sara & Marvin were easy to get in touch with and were very responsive! The house is well stocked with everything you could need! The banana muffins were a sweet touch! I would recommend this place!

Very quiet and clean Lovely home in a beautiful area. Extremely quiet and very clean. Beds were comfortable and we really appreciated the extra touch of them leaving us muffins for our breakfast. We would definitely stay at this home again when we come back to the area. We can’t recommend it enough. Host had great communication in the house was easy to access.

Convenient to all the places we visited. The house was perfect for our small family. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Elizabethton TN Great accommodations!

Hilltop Refuge Conveniently located for our purpose. Homes, Milligan University, food and groceries. Owner attentive to our needs, wanted for nothing. Porch was a treat for morning and evening coffee. Echo everyone s sentiment of being clean. Only negative is we must have been there between mowings as grass was long and weedy. Previously cut grass clippings were not picked up so we swept the house often. Yard definitely not a deal breaker. Brad and Joy
