Alberto was a great host. Good communication before our stay, and very helpful in providing information about where to eat. Nice recommendation for dinner. Quaint property with lovely view. Not a long walk to town about 20 minutes, but hard work walking back up hill if you have any mobility issues. Alberto will give a taxi number if you need one. Cefalu is lovely! Nice breakfast. Things that could be improved... tea and coffee making facilities in the room, lables on the shower gels in the bathroom so you know which is which! Small things for a one night stay. We would book again if returning to the area. Thanks Alberto.

Great location, just on the edge of the downtown core so it's quiet and walking distance to town. The walk is about 15 minutes to the downtown core, downhill there and uphill back. The owner is wonderful and very helpful.

Staying at Bougainvillea was one of the BEST experience we’ve had in Cefalu We were greeted by Alberto who quickly made us feel so welcome providing everything a guest would need and ask. Chatting with Allesandra was the highlight of our stay, she was so warm and kind, ready to help in every way possible. The room was spotless clean and well kept during our 3 day stay. The view from the terrace, the garden with its iconic tangerine trees of Sicily was so very beautiful. The breakfast was truly delicious and plentiful. Felt like staying at a friend’s house and thus hope to keep coming back over the next years. Thank you heartily Alessandra & Alberto 🙏🏻💗

La mia non è stata una visita di piacere visto che abbiamo scelto questo b&b per la vicinanza all’ospedale. Ma è stato tutto una gradevole scoperta, perché l’ambiente oltre ad essere comodo, efficiente, a due minuti dall’ospedale e a 10 dal centro storico di Cefalù, il personale attentissimo a qualsiasi bisogno, tutto ciò ha permesso a me e alla mia famiglia di alleviare notevolmente le nostre ansie, e di sentirci davvero come a casa, soprattutto perché abbiamo dovuto prolungare di molto il nostro soggiorno. Il posto è incantevole, un panorama mozzafiato, ed è gestito da persone che mantengono la struttura con straordinaria efficienza e dedizione. Spero di poter tornare per vacanza stavolta ma non ho assolutamente il benché minimo dubbio nel dare la migliore delle recensioni, perché se un posto lo vivi così bene nonostante una permanenza lunga e non “di piacere”, allora sei nel posto giusto!

Le petit déjeuner servi le matin est parfait avec un hôte qui est attentif à nos préférences! Petit plus: Alberto propose ses services pour nous chercher en voiture afin d’éviter la montée difficile! Man sollte es schaffen, nach dem Besuch der Stadt eine steile Straße vielleicht 200 Meter hoch zu gehen. Dann hat man aber eine tolle ruhige Lage und ein modernes Zimmer und Bad. Alles super sauber. Sehr nette hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Sicherer kostenloser Parkplatz. im Garten kann man auf einer Sitzgruppe Platz nehmen oder im Whirlpool es sich gutgehen lassen. Es gibt ein klasse Frühstück und das ganze zu einem absolut fairen Preis, was will man mehr. . .

Kamer was oké. Airco kan ingeschakeld blijven als men de kamer verlaat. (werkte zonder sleutel of badge) Goed ontbijt. Mogelijkheid om de auto te parkeren op het terrein. Op wandelafstand van het stadscentrum. Uitbater spreekt zeer goed Engels. Gratis flessen water ter beschikking. Kleine badkamer met opstap en met een zeer kleine douchecabine.
