Dirty, AC isn't blowing cold switching 3x in a room because each room always has a problem…

Friendly staff,but really worn-out hotel. Cleaning staff seems do not understand what clean means. I was unlucky to have a room with some broken electrical supply, dirty tub and some other things that disappointed me. I don't know how this hotel got "excellent" rate. The breakfast was a cattle feeding. They said there would be hot breakfast, but the hot you got only gravy and coffee. Old dirty tables and assorted chairs. No rampant for wheelchairs. See pictures

Honestly, this place was gross to stay at. The towels had brown spots all over them. When I asked hotel staff for new towels since I already used the ones in there the guy got very very upset with me and gave me a dirty towel. He also got upset when I asked for toilet paper. There was also dead bugs in a lot of places, dust everywhere. It was a very unclean place and even the manager was rude. The property also smelled like cigarettes. Definitely never coming back to this place and do NOT recommend anyone to stay here.

I stay here all the time. I love it. Staff are kind. Place is clean. There's a bit of problem with backpackers but they handle it.

Easy check in, quiet night, great breakfast! The room was big and clean and SO worth the affordable price.

It was a nice place to stay at..on the other hand bed sheets/bed and towels were stained from before but we did get more sheets and blankets fast and I definitely loved the politeness from the staff!!

Our stay was absolutely nothing that was expected and completely terrible and stressful. When we walked in the room was set to 80 degrees and blasting heat and due to this the room was musty and humid - The bathroom in our room was filled with mold and our sheets and pillowcases had yellow stains. This is a health hazard to all and this hotel should be shut down. DO NOT STAY here

Our only complaint is the linen. Large black stains on the bed sheet and towels. They willingly changed them. We’re thinking it could be a washing machine issue.

Although the room was clean (floors, tub, sink), the room needed a bit of attention. The towels were stained and had holes. Our king size room only had towels for one person (one washcloth). There was a hair dryer holder on the wall with no hairdryer! The toilet took several flushes to get toilet paper down. The selection for breakfast was sparse and the juice machine was not working. The bagels were a bit stale. I’m glad we only stayed one night because it was a good price, but otherwise I would not have stayed there.
