Horrible motel. Old, dirty, disrepair. Stained rug, walls & doors

This property takes no responsibility for the behavior of guests or their pets. They refused to call animal control or the police. Said it was our problem to deal with. Last night our dachshund Greta got attacked by a pit bull. She was on a leash. Pit bull was not. She’s at the animal hospital. Several lacerations. $1500 vet bill. A bystander saved us. The dog attacked twice. I was knocked over scraped elbows, knees. And broken foot. The owner of the dog was with a few other men drunk and disorderly in the parking lot.

Place needs a complete overhaul. Rooms are clean. But for the money better choices. Front desk person (man) was A1. Not much left to say. Doors don’t fit. Sideways not for the faint of heart. No amenities. TV and fridge and microwave. Bed comfortable.

Pros: The girl at the front desk was nice and tried to help us fix our TV The bedding and room were clean Cons: Swimming pool and hot tub were out of order Ice Maker was broken (The sign said to see the front desk, but that only works when the office is open, which it wasn't when we left in the morning). The free breakfast that was supposed to be included was non-existent The room was in bad repair - the back of a chair was broken, the lights by the bed wouldn't turn on. The windows were single pane. The hotel is on a busy road, and we heard a lot of traffic and noise from outside. The TV didn't work. The girl from the front desk came and spent 20 minutes getting it to work. I accidently hit the power button on the remote a few minutes later and it wouldn't work again.

I would have rated this property a zero but wasn’t an option. I can’t believe that these travel sites have them as one of their properties which tells me that they don’t have any requirements to be met. This place is a dump, the furniture isn’t even saleable at a garage sale, the lamp shades were all broken, the sheets were stained, the sink wouldn’t drain. They allow pets but the only area to walk your dog is the parking lot for the area around the motel is quite sketchy. Their ice machine is broken so no ice, they advertise a breakfast but there isn’t one. Save your money and go somewhere else is my advise to you.

We arrived later in the evening and the lady working up front was very friendly and helpful. Being a busier weekend and having had a horrible experience with a different hotel right before we decided to find a new one! WE came across Travel Lodge and was happy to find a clean room and bed. Thank you 😊

I’m staying here right now. The stains, which appear to be urine or vomit, are the size of large puddles. There is less not-stained carpet than there is stains.o had to use the comforter and towels to create a path between bed and bathroom. I opened the toilet to find fleas. This is a Petri dish and should be shut down and mowed over. Shame on you.

They close lobby at midnight even though advertised open 24 hours. Sign on door says call this number. The number rings on the lobby phone which is closed. How dumb is that? Can’t say more than this place sucks.
