파크 호텔(Park Hotel)

Just returned from The Park Hotel in Cattolica and have to say it's a lovely place to stay. It's in an ideal place within walking distance to the main area but far enough away to be quite peaceful. The staff in the hotel, particularly the guy running the bar are really attentive and Fabio at the beach is just awesome. Breakfast is plentiful and the snacks you get with any drinks order are really generous. We were a family of 4 in a family suite and it we never felt cramped in the room which had a great sized bathroom and balcony. Great hotel, great town, we will be back!!

Beautiful beach location. Missed not having coffee service in the room and having to go downstairs for morning coffee to enjoy on the terrace. Wasn't informed at check in even though it is advertised with air conditioning, they had shut it off. Only way to air out room in 77+ degree weather was leave door open all night which still doesn't pull air in when not on sea facing room. Pool wasn't heated either maybe due to time of year. Staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. 25 euros each for breakfast was high for 2 people that don't eat much, so declined it. Nice property, great view especially from rooftop.

The hotel has a good location, the room is small, the bed and pillows are poor quality, bathroom and cleaning is ok. Breakfast is good, but the restaurant personal are horrible especially the old men… should not work in hospitality business. Front office is helpful, especially the older gentleman in the night shift.

⭐️⭐️, 4 star is nonsense!!!! I checked in outside 33 degrees, the Owner has turned off the AC and the whole hotel is humid and smells, showed 2 other rooms but one is worther Than the other. Big hotel there is only 1 lift in the peak season it can be a nightmare, I booked 5 nights here what a fatal mistake. I was told I can open the window… my reco you can close the rubbish hotel if you can not finance the service what you promise.

This is my second visit to Park Hotel and from the moment we stepped foot in this charming hotel, we felt like we had returned home. The warm and welcoming atmosphere was truly heartwarming. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every moment of our stay was filled with joy and comfort. From the friendly greetings at the reception to the personalized recommendations for local activities, we felt very well taken care of throughout our entire trip. The front office staff are true hospitality superstars! Our room was perfect for a long stay. Tastefully decorated and immaculately clean, it was a sanctuary to return to after a day of exploring the beach. The private beach is perfection! It's clean and you have access to cold water bottles and other drinks which you can put on your room bill. The quality of the sunbeds and umbrella is of a high standard and you can really enjoy a day at the beach here. Everything is organized so you can enjoy and relax without any hassle. The guy who runs the beach for the Hotel, is a true service hero. He is amazing and we felt special every single day! Beyond the hotel's walls, we found ourselves in the heart of a charming Italian town. The location was perfect for exploring the city, charming cafes, and vibrant local culture. With the hotel's excellent location, we could easily access all the major attractions, yet we always looked forward to returning to our cozy retreat. To the wonderful team at Park Hotel, thank you for making our stay in Italy an unforgettable experience. Your genuine warmth and hospitality made us feel like we were part of your extended family. Great hotel but the bed was really hard. Very friendly

I come here every summer, the staff are so friendly and very proficient in the English language. The restaurant offers a wide selection of foods for all three meals of the day. I recommend asking for their 'Tagliatelle Ragu' and 'tortellini in brodo' The pool is the perfect temperature, so that it is not too cold for little ones looking to play in the pool, and a great way to cool off after a day in the sun.

Delighted to come back after Covid for the first time since summer 2019 as had been going for 10+ years as a family. Hotel still same family warm welcome. Stayed in the apartments for the first time and loved them whilst still getting pool/beach access. Fabio at the beach was great and always a welcoming face you knew would assist with anything. Joe, as has been since our first year coming, was the face of the hotel doing everything and still running the bar himself. Whether it be maintenance, bikes, drinks or anything between Joe, as always, went above and beyond. The refurbished pool was also much better. We will be back soon :)

Ottimo hotel direttamente fronte mare, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, cucina buona. Le camere sono carine, le fronte mare piccone ma con bella vista. Ottima posizione. Consigliato
