'Super clean, modern & friendly! Also great breakfast!
I seen when the girls were cleaning rooms tha the beds were completely stripped. That’s always reassuring, especially after having to leave a hotel were it was obviously not done.
Loved the extras- we had dove products and make-up wipes. Just the simple things when traveling are nice to come across.
Breakfast- our options were scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bacon, fried potatoes, several cereals with regular and almond milk- loved that. Bagels, muffins, several fruits, oatmeal with many topping options, granola bars, 4 different juices, protein yogurt which is a huge plus as a weight loss patient. I might be forgetting a few things. The lady dealing with the breakfast area was super nice as well.
Coffee was ground in the spot in a fancy machine with several good creamer options, not just half and half.
water machine- which was a huge plus for us.
Accessibility- top notch. We have a full time wheelchair user and the room was massive, we typically do standard rooms but they had accessible rooms at the same price so of course we took it. It had a shower seat and massive bathroom. All the drink machines had lower accessible buttons on them. It’s really the little things that make life much easier for disabled people.
Avid is on top on our list now!'

Cozy suite in a lazy suburb of Chattanooga, with easy access to I-75 freeway. Private entrance and off street parking. Fully furnished including cooking utensils, dishes & linens. Welcome to Head Home Haven! You and your family will thoroughly enjoy your stay here. It's in a nice and peaceful area centrally located outside the cities of Ringgold, GA, Chickamauga, GA, Rock Spring, GA, Fort Oglethorpe, GA, and Chattanooga, TN. Just 25 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, the Scenic City! There's plenty of space to ensure you and your family are very comfortable. Enjoy the large downstairs area with foosball and ping-pong. Before you head home, stay at Head Home Haven!

Maximum total of 6 guests and the number of people should match the stated amount in the reservation. No one else is allowed on property at any time (unless approved by the property owner). No parties, gatherings, or events of any kind. No loud, boisterous, or obnoxious behavior or horseplay is allowed. Quiet times in our neighborhood and at our property are from 11:00 PM until 8:00 AM local time. Noise or disturbance complaints could lead to revoking your stay with no refunds and/or loss of deposit. (Please be aware that neighbors do have pets, so please be respectful of that when taking any pets outside.) **Violation of any rules will lead to revoking your stay and forfeiting any/all funds.

Please be sure to pull the grill out from and away from the house and siding before using it and return it only after it has cooled, or damage may occur to the siding from the heat! (Due to misuse grill is not available at this time.)
You agree to follow all check-in and check-out procedures as indicated by the host either prior to check-in and/or during your stay, and to leave the property relatively clean and free of trash or debris (to dispose of in proper receptacles/household trash only), put away all of your dishes in the dishwasher, to leave stove/oven/microwave/grill relatively clean (cleaning up any burns, boil overs, or spills) and the grill is to be stowed where it was found (not available at this time but you ask about it), not to leave behind any unused perishable groceries in the fridge or freezer, etc., as well as to not rearrange any of the furniture. **PLEASE keep food cleaned up and stored away in the appropriate areas. Some of our past guests have failed to do this and over time this will attract unwanted visitors. Also, please be aware that our place is a rural area and during several months of the year, Asian lady beetles (look like ladybugs) are prevalent and invasive. Although we do all we can to prevent them from entering the home, it is nearly impossible to prevent all occurrences. This is not designated to our home alone but is a local issue for many homes.
You will report any broken items to the host immediately and prior to check-out. Any maintenance issues experienced shall also immediately be reported, especially in the instance that failure to report could further jeopardize the home (plumbing leak, etc.). You will also leave windows and exterior doors shut at all times, and you will secure the home upon departure.
No grease or food shall be put down the sink drains. Nothing shall be discarded in toilets except waste and toilet paper (no hygiene products or applicators, no wipes of ANY kind whether flushable or not, contraceptives, etc.). We have a septic system that is somewhat fragile compared to the sewer systems of cities and appreciate your understanding.
Under no circumstances shall your booking/use of the property be considered a permanent or long-term stay (unless otherwise determined by the property owner).
