“The hotel was spectacular. The rooms large, beautifully decorated, and the beds and pillows very comfortable. Being fortunate to travel often to many wonderful locations, this one has to be at the top of our list. Everything about it was spectacular and it is amazing when you receive such over the top service and how that affects your experience. Everyone was wonderful and extremely accommodating. Alex and Piero in the lounge were exceptional and anything you asked for or needed no matter what time, was possible. And they were very friendly and so fun to be around. Enjoyed our evenings in the lounge very much. If you visit, don’t forget to ask Daniel, who is in the breakfast area to sing a little tune for you or watch him sing along with the music. He was very happy and it just set our morning in a good mood. The grounds of The Manor house are breathtaking as is the village attached. I highly, highly recommend this property. We will be back! Beautiful hotel in a stunning setting, extremely attentive staff. The standard of accommodation is excellent and the hotel has a charm that takes you back to quintessential England . The grounds are beautiful and lots of lovely walks. The food in the Manor restaurant was of a very high standard and over looked by the lovely Amy and her team who catered for our every need. The Time Bar is an excellent place to unwind by the fire with the very knowledgeable Alex and Piero behind the bar who can make any cocktail you desire. All in all a fabulous place to stay.

Great place even if a bit expensive. Great service even when we were late and got the reservation wrong. They go above and beyond customer service and were amazing at accommodating. We would come back any day and any time. We came with family after a long trip

Super stay albeit brief .The Manor is a wonderful hotel steeped in history in a stunning location .Extremely friendly and accommodating team ,delicious cuisine and comfortable accommodation.Would not hesitate to stay again .Will be back !!

it is nestled in the quiet town of Castle Combe, but once you drive into the grounds, you enter an enchanted world. The atmosphere, building, rooms, dinner at the Bybrook, afternoon tea, breakfast all were excellent. But the friendly and helpful staff were the best. We stayed in the cabin, and a small writing desk would have been helpful. Would strongly encourage to stay at least a couple of days.

Five stars all the way! This property is off the path and you have to intend to get here. We took a car service from Windsor and were not disappointed when we arrived. We liked it so much we were disappointed we didn’t have more time to spend here. We would definitely return and I recommend if you are going stay at least two nights. The staff was super attentive. I would like to commend Pete and his co-worker with the shaved head…can’t remember his name. They offer a bright future for this property.
