Hotel Paradiso

Rooms were low standard. The bathroom door had no lock, there was no soap in the bathroom, there was a strange mark in one of the beds. The food was shocking. Most undercooked, vegetables were all very salty and all the meat was crunchy (it wasn’t meant to have any bones in it). Overall this experience was terrible and would not come back here again

From the check-in we have been treated like king. We got the deluxe double with view and it was amazing. The a**osphere is typical of the Amalfi coast but the position allows you to visit everything with ease. We went to Pompei in 7mins, Sorrento and Naples in 20mins and amalfi and positano in 25mins, if you want to visit all the coast the location is perfect. We also stayed there for dinner and was classic Italian amazing food. Super recommended

the food is so revolting, there is ants everywhere and the water is not hot. i honestly can’t describe the food that is the worst part of the hotel,there is no menu u get what you are given and the peas are drowning in water and the pork has no flavor

Ten days here this time and really enjoyed the stay here and the time in the City. We stayed 3 weeks last time so I guess we like it. Excellent staff!! They promptly attended to all our needs and requests without question. The food service, food and staff were exceptional as was the bar service.

I needed to leave a feedback for this incredible hotel I really want to say thank you. You gave me an amzing vacation. Very clean and with very good services. and the staff its very professional but also very friendly. It was my first time in this hotel but i felt like at home. Will come to visit again

I had such an amazing stay at this hotel, It is very clean and the staff it is very fridnly The hotel has a big private parking, which it's very usefull. With a car from the hotel you can really visit the whole area. It has a nice pool. Also the roof top view its incredible.

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Mooie ingang, terras met blauwe regen, bar, lobby. Lift naar boven, maar ook een mooie marmeren trap. Grote kamer, prima bed, goed ingerichte grote badkamer, balkon. Kapotte lamp of extra deken, aan alle wensen wordt tegemoet gekomen. Enige minpuntje: we waren met een groepsreis en hadden volpension, het eten is erg eenvoudig, weinig ruimte voor dieetwensen.

Il luogo è sperduto, il servizio inesistente, la stanza non presenta né sapone, né asciugamani puliti, né pantofole. La pulizia è minima. La maggior parte delle prese della corrente non funziona e quelle che vanno si surriscaldano. La doccia presenta moltissimo calcare. L’acqua calda in bagno va a momenti e il getto d’acqua e tutt’altro che forte ( mi sono dovuta fare la doccia con l’acqua fredda e con un getto con una pressione pari ad uno spruzzino per i fiori). Le lenzuola dei letti erano sporche e macchiate e sono state cambiate solo il giorno dopo, nonostante le varie lamentele alla reception. Le tapparelle erano rotte, con la luce del lampione fuori che puntava giusto sulla testiera del letto. Le finestre non si chiudono (ringraziamo che siamo venuti qui a marzo con un po’ di caldo). Le pareti sono sottilissime e si sente tutto da una camera all’altra. In conclusione molto deludente 😁

Siamo stati in quest'hotel per una vacanza con amici, siamo rimasti per 5 giorni e devo dire che siamo stati benissimo. Camere nuove e pulite, con una vista incredibile. Paolo al front desk è stato incredible e super utile con le sue informazioni Cibo molto buono, abbiamo provato il loro menu per la piscina ed era delizioso. Location ottima per visitare la costa. Veramente consigliato
