Relais la Fattoria

We stayed for a couple of nights. The first important thing to understand is no air conditioning which in the height of summer means the rooms are very hot. Breakfast is poorly managed…on the first morning I had to ask for cutlery, plates, glasses, butter, it was endless and the second morning wasn’t much better. It also took a lot of effort to get towels for everyone- basic things. The building and setting are great but the hotel needs to work on being more professional as the impression is that all the members of staff seem to have the same job so nobody is in charge and therefore the guest experience isn’t consistent

The location is very nice, the building ancient and nice. However…the rooms are not as pictured. Our room (Room 13 or 113) was small and cramped, the shower was very small and broken, and the room was on a noisy back street in the back of the hotel so beware. We asked for another room, but we were told they were all the same and our request was denied, we were not told the truth. Regrettably we did not photograph our room. During dinner on two different occasions, the owner and restaurant staff were arguing so loudly we heard them in dining area. On our second night the owner in an angry mood tossed our menus to us! The food was good and the location nice (except the view from our room), but this is not a Four Star hotel as advertised on some websites. Lastly, at checkout, there was no record of our room deposit and when we advised the owner of problems with the room, the owner argued and denied the problems that were pointed out. To be fair we offered to show the problems right then and there, but he refused our offer. The staff did their best, but the owner needs to sort himself out and understand the customer pays the bill that supports him and his staff, accept responsibility and stop living in a state of denial. I hope Roberto will accept this constructive evaluation and in the future listen to his customers and respect his staff. We are not affiliated with any hotel, or B&B and do not work in the travel industry.

Avrei voluto prenotare per il ponte del 25 aprile, attraverso un regalo smart wonderbox di 2 gg, ma mi é stato detto che non era possibile per quel periodo attraverso i pacchetti regalo. Non mi sembra affatto corretto, se la struttura sta all'interno di un network non lo può fare ad uso e consumo proprio.

Il Relais La Fattoria è una residenza storica e sorge su una collina a 650 metri s.l.m con meravigliosa vista panoramica sul lago Trasimeno e sui colli, nel borgo medievale di Castel Rigone. Qui si deve dimenticare la frenetica vita di città e bisogna godere a pieno del tempo a disposizione... l' attesa diventa piacevole anche per apprezzare un simpatico gatto che ti fa le fusa per elemosinare un pezzetto di pane. Abbiamo soggiornato due notti con mezza pensione. Colazione a buffet assortito, dolce e salato, e cena con piatti tipici dell'Umbria. Ottima anche la carta dei vini proposti. La camera matrimoniale super confortevole, con arredamento essenziale e balcone con affaccio sul cortile interno, ideale per serate musicali e danzanti. La gestione della struttura è familiare. L'attenzione e un' accurata accoglienza è l'obiettivo del loro impegno per fare sentire a proprio agio gli ospiti. Noi abbiamo utilizzato un voucher, la cui prenotazione è stata disponibile immediatamente, e ringraziamo Roberto e la sua famiglia per averci fatto sentire comunque ospiti graditi. Ci torneremo volentieri, contattando direttamente voi come ci avete consigliato! A presto

Il posto è incantevole, la.struttura è molto bella ma non sfruttata al massimo. Evidente l'impegno ma la resa è stata pessima: stanza non pulita bene, cena pagata tantissimo per aver mangiato una misera grigliata fredda, e due primi, oltre al fatto che il personale era assente! Ci è stato fatto presente che solitamente in questo periodo la struttura non è aperta, ma a queste condizioni tanto vale restare chiusi! Peccato davvero, perché il borgo è incantevole.

Ho soggiornato con la mia compagna in occasione dell’EuroChocolate, in quanto il posto molto suggestivo si trova nei pressi del lago Trasimeno.. il Relais è parte di una dimora antica, molto ben tenuto, con una bella sala ristorante con vetrate e piscina illuminata… esperienza molto positiva ed ottima cena. Il proprietario molto cortese ed attento ai dettagli, la convivialità è qui. LO CONSIGLIO

Appena soggiornato al Relais La Fattoria, meravigliosa esperienza! Siamo stati ospitati con il caratteristico calore umbro ! Ambiente fiabesco in cui la storia fa'la sua parte ! Cibo ottimo preparato al momento, suite spaziosa ed esposizione panoramica. Anche gli abitanti del borgo hanno espresso la loro gentilezza ! Ritorneremo ! Grazie ! Cosa ci ha convinto: - la location assolutamente romantica e il borgo di Castel Rigoni.. veramente un chicco -la colazione varia con frutta, salato, crostate e croissant Cosa non ci ha convinto: - personale impreparato - camere da rivedere assolutamente nei dettagli ( la TV ha solo canali locali, il telefono è senza fili, impianto elettrico obsoleto, mancanza di zanzariere, arredamento misto) La cena è stata buona nel complesso ma c'era una netta distinzione tra menù per paganti e menù per mezza pensione. Per finire su booking va specificato che le bevande non sono comprese nella mezza pensione. Potenziale enorme, male sfruttato

I miei genitori sono stati in questo posto con una coppia di amici. Premetto che ho prenotato io personalmente il loro soggiorno con mezza pensione (colazione +cena bevande escluse), peccato che al check out abbiano pagato 30 euro a coppia di supplemento per la cena, oltre alle spese delle bibite!!!! Servizio pessimo, personale sempre assente, hanno dovuto chiedere loro di rifornire i cibi per la colazione perché il buffet era vuoto, bagno senza finestra e ventola mal funzionante, doccia con guarnizioni rovinate ( si allagava il bagno). Inoltre mia madre intollerante al lattosio non ha potuto usufruire della colazione, perché nel 2023 ancora non siamo forniti per eventuali intolleranze!!! Insomma mai più in questo posto.
