빌라 델리 안젤리(Hotel Villa Degli Angeli)

두 번째 청소를 요청한 후에도 청소가 부족합니다. 다음 날에도 마찬가지입니다. 별 4개 조식도 아니고 제품도 적고 훌륭하지도 않습니다. 비 목욕 수영장은 자신의 사진에서만 볼 수 있습니다. 절대 피해야 할

Do not ruin your stay in the beautiful city of Rome by staying at this filthy hotel!!! We had a large group and booked 15 rooms. Many rooms were filled with mold and uninhabitable! I took a group of students and they ended up having to sleep up to 5 to a room with some sleeping on the floor due to reactions from the high level of mold on the walls, bedding and bathrooms. The desk clerk/ manager was rude beyond words! He refused to refund us for the uninhabitable rooms and in fact charged extra for a room we had to move a student into due to a medical issue. We paid for 15 rooms but could only occupy 13 and those rooms were also unacceptable but with a large group we had no options. The website is deceiving as it shows a beautiful pool with is actually a green bug infested swamp that has been closed for 15 years. DONT waste your money on this filthy hotel!!!

Rude staff, dirty moldy rooms, air conditioning did not work. The pool is a swamp. Bugs and ants in room. Front desk clerk is insulting and delusional about the definition of clean. Do not stay here. Food was terrible not restaurant quality.

This hotel has a fantastic view over the lake. However, sadly that is were the good experience stop. We received room 421 and experienced one of the most filthiest rooms: No Wi-Fi in this part of the hotel. After asking staff at reception to reboot the router, it did not solve the problem.  The feedback was, there is nothing we can do about it The bar fridge in the room does not work. The shower drain is clogged. Shower overflows (See photo) The shower head is also clogged and water almost just drips out. The hand shower pipe connection is lose and one has to hold it in place to stay connected The toilet seat is lose (see photo) Long strain of dark hair is still attached to the bathroom tiles. Most likely from a prior guest or cleaner (See photo) Bloodstain on the wall. Which according to reception could be as a result of a prior guest killing a mosquito....(but they don’t offer to clean it) Dust and hair on the floor - room has not been cleaned in a while Some electrical plugs are broken and have missing buttons, not to mention the dirt around them (see photo) The telephone looks like something that was used on the titanic.  The screen is broken and it has not been wiped down or cleaned in years. (see photo) The bed side lamps are almost falling out of their wall sockets (see photo) Mould accumulated on the wall and roof with paint lifting from the wall already. (see photo) This room is filthy and was not cleaned before checking guests in. After making management aware of the issues, nothing was done about it. They never offered to clean the room or give us another room.   They do not care about their guests. Blood stains on walls and other filth does not bother them There are better places to stay – avoid this hotel at all cost. It is dated and the staff don’t care.

The bed old and noisy. Everything is far a taxi to the city center costs us$20 and the pool was closed only for weddings

Incredible location and view of lake!! That alone is worth staying here. Nice restaurant with good food and nice people. Must have a lake view with balcony.

Posto Meraviglioso. Location molto bella, panorama sul lago spettacolare. Personale professionale ed attento. Colazione abbondante, con buffet vario, ottime le crostate. Camere pulitissime e ampie. Esperienza positiva che consiglio con piacere.

L'hotel si trova si,in una posizione spettacolare,ma lontana dal centro e in una zona non proprio comoda da raggiungere con il buio,il parcheggio poco agevole(la strada subito a destra con salita non è comoda) Per il resto buona la pulizia,la colazione e il personale,gentile ma discreto.
