Heaven..... They've thought of everything..... we had a wonderful stay. We were greeted on arrival and our bags taken from us and our car parked. Our room was a rock view deluxe, at the top of the main house. Wonderful view of the Rock of Cashel. Lovely decor... lovely bathroom, bathrobes and slippers and complementary lemonade and snacks in the fridge. Turn down nightly with cocoa atelier chocolates! We did the whiskey tasting with Cathal - and really enjoyed it. We dined the first night in a local restaurant, Chez Hans and it was delicious. Second night was in The Bishops Buttery... perfection! Breakfasts were a great start to the day.... delicious food and linen table cloths and silver service. We did visit the Rock of Cashel (short walk through the gardens), used the pool/ jacuzzi/ steam room... but hadn't organised treatments and they were fully booked when we looked at it. We had drinks in front of the fires in the drawing room, lobby and cocktail bar. A wonderful relaxing stay and we were pampered right until our car was driven back to us....

This is hands-down one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in in my life. The staff is so welcoming, the grounds are beautiful, and the rooms are perfection. The bathroom is gorgeous, with white tile and marble, two sinks, and a shower water pressure unlike any I have ever experienced. There are welcome pastries in your room when you arrive, a pour-over coffee pot that was heaven, convenient night lights throughout the room, and a bed that provides the best hotel night's sleep I've ever had. Really, a little bit of heaven.
