It was a terrible experience staying at this hotel. It was a strong nasty smell that I almost throw up when I opened the door of my room. As I have a dinner event nearby so I just opened the window and tried to get this smell out of the room. After I came back from dinner the smell was still there and even strong. It was almost midnight and I didn’t think that the front desk would get me another room. Also the customer service was also bad. I have been waiting at the lobby for 10 minutes and no one shows up to check me in when I arrived. Finally a woman came to check me in but have waited until she finished her stuff without good manner.

I really enjoyed staying at this location. Every employee that I encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. Was extremely clean in the rooms were amazing. I will stay here often.

Nice, the room was spacious the bed was comfortable. Our only complaint is that it could use an update. Very outdated.

The room was clean and the front desk friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that the room was situated across from the elevator which would noisely groan when in use.

1st suite we were put it has a musky smell; tv remotes did not work even after they were changed by the staff. Door knob on bathroom door was off exposing a screw; unable to open/close that door. Sofa was stained/torn. We were put in another suite which was much better and showed how bad the other suite was.

Bugs 4 TV stations. Requested fix, but nothing happened. Have to request house keeping, wasn’t told upon checkin. Staff knew nothing about Wyndham reward program. Mattress old & cmpressed. Staff didn’t speak or understand English very well. Annoying alarm in next door unoccupied room. Reported, nothing happened Avoid complimentary breakfast.

Very nice staff. Rooms were clean but need some repairs and updates. Comfortable bed. Overall 3.5/5

I was put in a handicap room (not sure why) and the shower leaked onto the floor of the bathroom. Had to use the entire supply of towels to mop up the water. Also looks like the shower was in need of repair. Breakfast was mediocre but was better than previous year's bag breakfast. Overall hotel is good but in need of renovations.

The room didnt look anything like the advertised picture at all. The property was gross. Everything felt damp. Wallpaper peeling off the hallway walls, terrible drywall patches everywhere. The property just needs to be completely renovated. The staff were friendly, and I had no troubles with the booking/reservation. I just feel bad that these folks have to work here.
