We provide one garage door opener. There will be a $75 charge if this is lost or not returned. Stays over 2 weeks require mid-stay or bi-weekly cleanings at $135 per clean. These will be scheduled and charged after booking. We have a trash valet service that will move the can out on Wednesdays and place them back on Thursdays.
