The lady working front desk that night I checked in was wondering very pleasant. When I booked room online I was very excited to get there cause looking at the pictures online the room I booked the king size room had a jacuzzi tub in the corner of the room. I’m a long haul truck driver and my back was killing me so I couldn’t wait to soak in that tub. I walked in the room and everything looked like the pictures till I walked all the way in to find there was no tub in the corner. So false advertisement yes I would say so!! And I was just so tired I took hot shower and fell asleep on the bed. Breakfast is included in renting the room. So I went down I the morning and went into breakfast room just to find bread, yogurt, apples, and a cereal dispenser that the cereal looked about 5 years old. There was a tray of sausage patties in the little fridge and nothing else. A sign over the microwave saying warm your breakfast up omelette 2 min sausage 2 min but there was no omelettes nothing. A jail offers more food than there. I wasn’t very impressed and I won’t be staying there again.

It was okay

Bed was comfy. The fridge temp was luke warm at best. Did have roaches. saw one big one and several baby ones. The fridge was full of dead baby ones. Maybe why it wasn't cold..?

The room was dusty with finger prints. We stayed more than 1 night and they didn't clean the bathroom. The breakfast staff argued in front of us.

Very disappointed with our stay! The hotel is so rundown inside and out! Beds very hard, furniture and carpet outdated! Never again!

Pros:The beds were clean and comfortable and there were clean towels and wash clothes. Reservation and check-in was easy. The facility was easy to find. Cons: There were stains all over the walls in the room and halls. Melted wax had been splashed on the walls in the room. Furniture was all wobbly, stained, burn holes and some broken. The room was so cold that we had to turn the heater up to 88 degrees and sleep with sweatshirts over our night clothes to stay warm. One side of the toilet seat was not fastened to the toilet and we almost slid off of the toilet a couple of times. There were holes in the walls in the elevator, some of the room numbers were on pieces of paper taped to the wall and most of the exterior of the building had trash piled up around it. I've stayed in Days Inn and Suites before and NEVER experienced this type of situation. I didn't expect this facility to be a 5 star hotel but I certainly didn't expect this. If we had been staying longer than one night (we were here for a funeral) we would definitely have found a different place to stay. This was a very disappointing experience.

The front desk employee was very nice and helpful. So far, no negative comments to make

Construction was going on with several of the rooms being completely torn down...It was incredibly noisy and people were coming and going all night...Our room was by a back door and it seems that some people are actually living in the hotel maybe as short term rentals. Pictures were misleading place was dark and dingy

Seriously, go somewhere else. Stayed as a pit stop for longer trip. Check in person was friendly. Fridge wasn’t cold in the room. Hard to use the toilet paper (roll was behind the toilet). Air conditioning/heater VERY loud. Several open/piled up electrical or phone cords. Open panels in elevator. Continental breakfast VERY sp**** - cereal, toast, yogurt, build your own sandwiches only. Frozen sausage in cooler had to warm yourself. Cereal dispensers would not work and stale. Rotten/spoiled creamer. Slow toaster. Staff dropped serving utensils while we were in the breakfast room and did clean or replace them, just put them back. We picked this place because it was $20 less than another hotel on the next exit and was still supposed to have breakfast. We ended up needing to go somewhere and spent most of the money we saved on getting something to eat.
