un hotel sencillo, pero con una excelente ubicación y atención. El desayuno estaba incluído, estaba delicioso también. Es una excelente opción teniendo en cuenta el costo, atención y ubicación, muy recomendado.

I stayed this week in this hotel, I have to say that it was a regrettable experience from all angles. From the moment I arrived, the reception was disappointing. I never spent a moment So in my life not even at an immigration customs, the reservation had been paid for a day before when I confirmed it from the Edreams page, the same receptionist tried to charge me again and demanded that I show her my bank account to show her that the payment It had been done when they should have had all the information that the travel agency confirmed a day before, the employees were all very rude, not at all prepared to serve tourists, the customer service was disappointing, one of the beds was missing a leg When we used it we fell to the floor due to lack of stability, and to top it all off, when I got home I noticed that I was missing some clothes that were in my suitcase, that is, we were victims of a robbery in the room. A hotel definitely to avoid on a possible visit to Cartagena.

The hotel has a mosquito problem, there is a lot of noise in some rooms, the breakfast is adequate, but you must not wait until the last minute. The staff is very friendly, the cost-benefit ratio is little bit high. I had a room change and I have no complaints about the second room, the bathroom is a bit small, but it's not bad. Very close to the beach, it does not have a pool and the photos do not correspond to the state of the rooms.

Breakfast was good, friendly staff, luckily, was able to move into a better, more comfortable room. Too loud outside, music went on until 11 pm.

The night reception employee tried to charge us 200000 pesos for placing the insulin in the refrigerator!! Totally outrageous. The disability office of Colombia should fine this property for trying to prey with people with disabilities

We hard a bad time at the hotel, to the point we had to cancel our review and leave for another place. There was no hot water in the showers, the (broken) window wouldn't shut completely, curtains were transparent, sheets were old, there was a lot of noise from 6am onwards, and the breakfast was served in dirty tables with little variety at our disposal. I will give credit where credit is due and praise the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. In short, I wouldn't recommend it. At all.

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. The room was painted with mold all over the walls, the bathroom had rust, and the bed had stains. NO POOL despite fake google images.

I had to go to another hotel an pay there because the beds were covered with ants an they had no more rooms available.

Awful experience We had reservation for 10 days and the room was so dirty and had mouse droppings around windows We were willing to pay for 1-2 nights but they charged the whole amount without refund by knowingly lying that it was a NoShoW Everyone lying and telling us a different story ********** contacted them and They refused to refund any of the $300 ********** kindly offered a $76 credit however, but the Hotel is BAd News
