My wife and I love coming to this hotel, this is year 5 of staying here. In the last 3 yrs, there is always an issue with the size of the beds. I always request a queen size and this time I got a small double bed. You need to adjust the bed sizes on the site. You don’t really offer king. All kings are queen and queens are standard. If it’s a website issue. Then fix it. Every time I get there. You make me feel like it’s my fault and you don’t show any appreciation or sorry that it happened.
One recommendation is that customer should be able to meet a supervisor or manager. Not to complain but to say hello, say thank for for staying, to show appreciation. This happened to me very rarely in this stay.
Also we always use the pool but the hotel has not kept up the appearance. The pool floor is not great. The jacuzzi area was off and the pool floor was peeling off.
The prices for the hotel have increase but there aren’t any new updates to the facilities. Everything is staying the same. You are just maintaining it and nothing is improving. If you want to enhance the stay for guest. You should try a bit more. The breakfast is always great, that is one area that it has gotten better. More options are always a plus. Also the most important area too, have every staff member saying thank you, show extra courtesy , trying to go above and beyond to make a guest feel special. There was a lady that no longer works here and that made us sad. No one else try to make a connection.
