Great location and clean hotel. Would recommend (friendly staff as well!)

The hotel has a magnificent view and modern rooms. That's probably all. Service is 3 stars maybe- check-in takes an incredible amount of time. At first, they’d put something into the computer for about 10 minutes, then they told us to come back for the key after 3pm(check-in time). When we got back, we had to stand for another 5 minutes, they were doing something and printing again. This is not counting the amount of time spent in the queue. The hotel positions itself as 4*, but does not provide a bathrobe/slippers. And the shaving kit in the room turned out to be for extra pay, which we found out during check out. By the way, we were able to find slippers. Apparently at the local spa. They don't give out towels for the beach - only for the pool. They tried to come to us with cleaning at 7 a.m. or 9 p.m., the aspiration itself is commendable, but the time is surprising . Breakfast is not bad at all. There is no beach of its own, only a public one. The food in the poolside restaurant is not bad, but the service needs to be improved. We forgot to pack food with us and they didn't even apologise and didn't offer any compliment. The rest was just as expected

The hotel was very excellent. The staff was great, esepcially Jorge in the reception area. We stronglu recomend the hotel

Breakfast is Hopeless, and show it as or make it look like free breakfast, asians cannot eat, the hotel is good, service is okay, location is amazing, i will recommend

Las instalaciones son modernas, cómodas y amplias, perfectas para organizar el equipo deportivo y descansar adecuadamente antes y después de la carrera. La zona de la piscina y las vistas al mar ofrecen un espacio ideal para la recuperación. La atención del personal fue siempre amable, atenta y eficiente, facilitando una logística tranquila durante el evento. La ubicación resulta estratégica y conveniente para desplazarse hacia los puntos del evento. La comodidad de la habitación garantizó un óptimo descanso. Totalmente recomendado para atletas y acompañantes que asistan a eventos deportivos en la ciudad.

衞生狀況一般，一層樓12個房間給了我唯一一個樓景房，辦理入住耗時巨長且不到下午三點哪怕五分鐘也得到一邊等着然後重新排隊領房卡。非常不推薦入住。
