호텔 블루 컨셉(Hotel Blue Concept)

Si pudiera darle más de 5 estrellas, se las daría. La verdad, excelente hotel en general. El servicio impecable, la comida deliciosa, las instalaciones son lindas y limpias, el cuarto tiene todas las comodidades, y está ubicado en un muy buen sector. Lo único que quizá podría mejorar es la cobertura del WiFi, pero es un detalle mínimo.

The television didn't work, took 2 hours before they removed the issue. The water pressure was extremely low in the shower/sink.

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel needs a drink machine for late night water, etc.

This property is photographed well, however the rooms are very small, the bed was uncomfortable and old, the pool was nice, but it closes at 6, the check in staff (Sebastian) was very unhelpful and a bit rude. The rest of the staff was pretty nice, the cleaning staff was especially kind and did an excellent cleaning job on the room. The maintenance staff was also good as my ac went out a few times as well as the water. The area has lots of stores, buses, taxis and traffic, so if you are looking for a quiet area this is not it. The beach is a close walk so that helps, but be ready for many peddlers selling you everything, every second and for an added annoyance, you have to pay for chairs to sit in at the beach. The food at TAC downstairs was delicious and the service was great. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Lovely rooms. Close to many restaurants and 24-hour supermarkets. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I have stayed in Bocagrande 6 times and great community. First time staying at Blue Concept. Do not stay here. They will not provide clean linen daily. There free breakfast is the restaurant making the portions and refusing to give more and it was all inclusive. The hotel is having construction done and did not inform on the site or during check in. Lastly they refused to give ice and wanted to charge for it. Possibly worse hotel in Bocagrande

Property under construction, noise, travellocity didn't and guest name to check-in and she treated like street walker. I didn't have complete access to for two hours due to construction in front my rooms door way entrance. Just to name a few....

Centrally located in a vibrant area. Near beach & a lot of eateries. Staff was great. Room & pool a bit smaller in person. Hotel does need some renovations. Be aware, there are no elevators.

Very happy with the room, the staff, cleanliness, breakfast. I would book again. Very good choice. Special Thanks to Mario and all the staff.
