카사 라타 - 아그로투리스무 이 에노투리스무(Casa Lata - Agroturismo e Enoturismo)

5 stars!! We loved, loved, loved Casa Lata! The staff were amazing -- thank you Margarida, Carlita, Isolete and everyone else (I hope I spelled those right)! Everyone went above and beyond and were so friendly. We stayed in the villa, which was very big, super clean, had a private pool, and had amazing vineyard views. It felt like home. The wine was delicious and an amazing value. It's easy and not very expensive to go into Braga by Bolt or Uber if you don't have a car. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation!

We enjoyed a wine tasting pared with delicious small bites of local bread and cheeses. Our guide was so welcoming and knowledgeable about the Vinho Verde region. We got a tour of their small, family winery and hotel and were very impressed with how they had created a really nice experience for a wine tasting and a visit. Our guide spoke excellent English and we would recommend a visit to Casa Lata!

If you are looking for something extremely quiet and out in the countryside, this is the place for you! The only thing you hear is the roosters in the morning. Very charming and cozy. Our room and bathroom was very spacious with lots of room to get comfortable (2 travelers with luggage). I'll call her the host, was absolutely the greatest, very friendly and excited to have guests there, it is literally a farmhouse on a vineyard, not a typical hotel with hotel like features. Breakfast was good and she did her best to accommodate our requests/needs. We did sit out by the pool for a bit in the morning and it was comfortable (warm sun and cold water that day). We did not get a chance to experience the winery part of the experience but it looked like it would be awesome if you are into that. It is about 25 min drive outside the city center and food options nearby were a little sp****, but we highly recommend Variações, which was not quite a 10 min drive.

Wonderfull location with great services and friendly people, very nice rooms and building so absolutely recommended for a visit to Braga and National Park de Geres in North Portugal. And when there please drink the wine from Casa Lata

Excellent, we will definitely come back!! Stunning property - everything was finished to a high standard and loved that it’s furnished with mostly original pieces. The pool was lovely and surrounding vineyards are so peaceful to walk in. Margarida and her family were fantastic hosts and thought of everything. There are snacks/ small plates of hot food available which were really tasty. Uber/Bolt to the nearest city (Braga) was cheap (about €10 each way).

Place was ideally located - Braga, Guimares, Ponte de Lima, Viana do Costelo were all easy to drive to … making Casa Lata an ideal place to stay at. Room was immaculate and clean. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Most of all, the host (Margarida) was so welcoming and helpful! She helped with all our queries, gave us a little tour of the wine production facilities where we even met her father who is the owner of this beautiful vineyard. Such an amazing place, and highly recommended!

Absolutely wonderful stay. Margarida and the team could not have been more helpful, contacting us before our arrival to help organise transfers. The property was beautiful and our room really lovely. Thank you team Casa Lata for the most wonderful stay!

We had an excellent time at Casa Lata; the hotel is beautiful, the service amazing, and the staff and owners incredibly nice and helpful. A special thank you to Margarida, who gave us great dinner recommendations and a tour of the family's winery followed by a fantastic tapas style dinner and wine tasting. We loved everything about our time at Casa Lata and would definitely go back if we are in the region again.
