Needs better curtains over the windows it was too light at night from outside lights and no shelf space. Also no drinking glasses in the room.

Great location. Helpful staff and accommodations for luggage storage from early arriving cruise ship. Near beach, food and fun. Isla Verde area, very safe and friendly. Clean and comfortable rooms. Will request bottom floor next time due to carrying baggage on stairs. Great prices.

Pretty , small location. Needs a bit of updating on the locks of the rooms.
The downside to it , the rooms are small and you can hear everything from the other rooms. On the main hallway there is a very bright light which does not allow for any darkenes in the rooms.
Convenient location , but no rest .

We enjoyed our stay here at The Pelican Poshtel. Keep in mind, this isn’t a 5-star hotel by any means, but it was relatively comfortable. The room was decent, but wasn’t really what we expected according to the pictures. It was what we got the room for to sleep and relax when we were there. The location was great though! Many, many places are walking distance from the hotel. The beach is also walking distance. The four days we stayed was very reasonably priced. Overall, it was a great stay just not the fanciest place but one that worked for us!

We took a family trip 8 adults . We all stayed at the pelican in PR for our first time in PR .. it was amazing , food was great . The locals we great and welcoming . Loved the night life.all of our taxi drivers were fun and out going ..
The pelican was nice and clean and safe.
Amelio was super helpful with everything , he was a big help with getting our rooms set up , if anyone had a issue he was on it . He was very nice and welcoming . He actually answered every question we had and pointed us to some great spots and we all had some great laughs with him he made the stay that much better .. thank you see you soon pelican

There was no staff onsite. The WiFi never worked and despite me attempting to contact the staff, no one ever responded.

Door to bathroom was wrong size and would not close (seriously wrong size not just swollen due to humidity). Room had windows to the hall that shades did not fully cover and let light in all night. Bed sank and almost broke when both my wife and I lau down in it. The lobby was nice but that was really it. The photos were definitely professional because it looked a lot nicer in the post.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. I loved that it was super close to the beach, restaurants and coffee! The extra shared space is nice and would have used more if we stayed longer. There was ample seating on the deck and throughout the guesthouse so you can just sit comfortably and enjoy the cool night time breeze. The only odd thing was that the internet timed out during the last night. It wasn’t worth mentioning it because we came to experience the scenery and beaches and not to watch TV.
