Don't stay here, for a few more dollars you can stay down the road. They do not clean properly, they said they don't serve breakfast due to pandemic regulations but that was not a problem when we went to a hotel down the road after cancelling my reservation. My experience and my family's here was the WORST! This place is sick will make you want to throw up, they were not running the A.C. in the hallways or in the building, it was muggy, stinky, and nasty feeling. The worst part was the part time representative name Simone that was hired by Roger or so he stated to help relieve some work off his plate. I informed him about Simone and how he dealt with my arrival and then never heard back from Roger as he stated he would get back to me on my complaints about fraudulent charges. I regret giving time to investigate and should have just complained with Wyham Hotel and Resort and disputed the charges with my bank and not lost anytime. Simone, the rep that helped us when we arrived, was arrogant, had not client service, had a demeanor as if he didn't want to work there. REFUSED TO TELL ME WHAT THEIR CANCELLTION FEES WERE UPON ASKING AND INQUIRING ABOUT THEM AND instead he charged me for 3 stays, when I didn't stay once because I cancelled due to how horrible this place was. The keys didn't work the door seems stuck shut, dust everywhere as if it had not been dusted. The guy Simone at the front desk, every time I asked a question he responded with I don't know, talk to Roger if that is who you spoke to initially. I asked what rate is the room reserved at he again said I don't know what ever you agreed to with Roger that is what you get. End result, we decided to cancel with in about 30minutes of us arriving, it was 3 of us.. families, we signed in ”individually” provided 3 different credit cards and Simone charged only my card and charged it 3 times... this is FRAUD. I called and spoke to Roger over the phone once I arrived back where I live, and he asked me to email him and he would investigate the matter and get back to. I asked for a time frame on a resolution he asked for 48hrs. A week later still had not had a response from him via email or call back and I was still at a loss over $300.00. BEWARE DO NOT STAY HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT! LOOK AT THE STAR RATINGS, IT WAS MY MYSTAKE TO NOT LOOK AT THE REVIEWS SOONER, SINCE WHEN TALKING TO ROGER PVER THE PHONE HE TREATED ME REAL GOOD, I TRUSTED HIM, WISHED I NEVER DID. PEOPLE ARE OUT THERE TO DO YOU WRONG EVEN TO GOOD PEOPLE. IF YOU ARE NOT IN A POSITION TO LOSE DOLLARS AS I AM NOT DURING THIS INFLATION AND WANTED TO JUST TAKE MY FAMILY OUT ON A TRIP BEFORE SCHOOL STARTED AND ENDED UP SCREWED OVER.. BY SUPER 8 MOTEL IN CARLSBAD, NM I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!!!
