We are having a great trip back in Carlisle and think the hotel provide great service

Good location and nice hotel

This hotel is in a great location for Carlisle city and all shops, despite being right in the city it easy to get to by car, there are a number of carparks very close by. The hotel is very clean, well run and offers an excellent customer service. A great place to stay.

The view from our room of a drab old concrete industrial building, turned out to be a reflection of the hotel. I'm used to basic rooms, but basic here, is a generous description. Except for the woman who checked us in, most of the staff barely gave eye contact on passing, never mind a smile. Cafe bar area was as others, but so bright and uninviting,unlike the breakfast which was uninviting and bland. Don't expect Lavazza to save the morning, americano had two espressos on top before I believed it was coffee flavoured. On the positive side, it is at the centre of Carlisle and a 300m walk to a breakfast from a famous pub chain at half the price.

Gemma & Page were very bubbly at breakfast. Got me veggie sausages too! Room was clean and warm. Good stay. Thanks. I will stay again when I need to attend Carlilse for work. 25 more characters to write! Ok good bed, good travel lodge room. 24 hr bar

Just a single night stay en route to our destination. Second time we stayed. Clean and comfortable, will return.
