프리미에르 클라세 카르카손(Premiere Classe Carcassonne)

Hotel Première classe Carcassonne très bon état les couchages assez confortable bon séjour chez eux .

Très bien pour le prix, à proximité de tout commerce et salle de sport, la chambre est propre

On peut difficilement faire mieux niveau rapport qualité prix !

The room itself was fine for the price paid , although I had problems with the electronic key on the first 2 days. The hotel website says that the area is walkable but this wasn’t the case. Walking from the airport the only way to get to the hotel was by crossing a busy main road ( not by any designated pathway but a well trodden route which would be hazardous in wet weather) and then encountering a slip road off the main road. I was a single traveller and was glad that I didn’t have any children with me . None of the staff I spoke to were able to give me a walkable route into the centre of Carcassonne from the hotel. I walked on the first day but was walking on a main carriageway for a lot of the time. It was only by chance on day 3 of a 9 day stay that I discovered the only safe route into town ( 4 Kms ).

First one night, it's fine. The main road nearby is noisy but the beds are clean, the shower hot and powerful and the price cheap, if you arrive late you will have to use the automated machine. It's not close to the medieval city at all.

This has to go down as the worst hotel ever. I arrived late around 21:30 and the hotel was simply closed and the person refused to let me in. I came from overseas I have no control if the flight is delayed but it is no excuse to not accommodate a guest and use a bit of common sense. anyway; I felt I was begging for my life to get in. then I got to the room I mean that is what they call it. it was so small once you are in you are already out! the heat was full blast I could not change it to the Ac. the worst when I complained the morning after the person told me it was very cold and that the whole place was under the heater. I had no saying they decide at what room temperature you should sleep. I kept the door and window open not to suphocate. supposed to stay 6 days one was enough to get the hell out

Booked at Carcassonne... the automated check-in worked well enough to charge the taxe de sejour, but then wouldn't print the room key. No staff answered the door so I had to find an alternative hotel. Even with a photo showing the error, the hotel refused to issue a refund. Avoid Premiere Classe and their sister hotels Campanile and Kyriad -- try Ibis Budget and F1 instead.

Excellent rapport qualité / prix. Le couchage était bon. On y trouve l'essentiel, wc, douche. Quelques odeurs remontent dans la salle de bain et y restent ce qui n'ai pas très agréable. Petit déjeuner avec le principal. Très bon accueil, personnel très agréable et souriant.
