The service at this establishment is exceptional, the location is extremely convenient, and the breakfast selection is truly impressive. You can also enjoy a variety of freshly brewed coffee and other menu items. We tried the egg Benedicts and they were absolutely delightful. Furthermore, the staff members are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us wish we could have extended our stay.

I can’t say that I was blown away my six-night stay at the Three Boutique Hotel. I frequently come to Cape Town and prefer to stay in the Oranjezicht area. I doubt that I would return. Various issues: 1. Room was not clean on arrival. Housekeeping was called and issues pointed out. 2. The courtyard outside room 16 was not swept until the next day. There were many leaves. 3. There was a water pressure issue on Tuesday. Water was switched off on Wednesday. 4. Fridge did not work in room 16 for the duration of my stay. 5. On the Thursday night I returned home – it was rainy – there was a puddle on the carpet as I stepped inside. I reported this Friday morning. It was not attended to during the day and when I raised this with the front desk they wanted to move me to another room upstairs at 5.30pm which was very inconvenient as I needed to leave. I started moving items upstairs but needed to leave so housekeeping transferred my items – to room 2 downstairs. 6. Housekeeping broke my shampoo bottle but didn’t report this to me. They just cleaned it up and I no longer had shampoo. What is good: 1. There is an unbelievable view from the top deck – reception won’t tell you about it though. 2. The breakfasts and the position of the guest house are excellent. It’s very charming. 3. The rooms are well appointed. I sent this two different email addresses prior to posting here. No response from the establishment. I think this tells you what you need to know.

We ADORED The Three Boutique Hotel. Rooms were nice & clean. Great bed & bathroom. Nice balcony to enjoy my morning coffee. In the safe Garden District, but still, they have a security gate. Very quite at night. Breakfast every morning was scrumptious! But the best part of Three Boutique are the people & staff. Everyone was so very nice and cheerful. They made us feel like family

My third visit to this charming hotel. Such an amazing oasis in the big city! The staff are superb in attending to and accommodating their guests. The breakfast daily is superb. Who doesn’t love to have Eggs Benedict every morning! The rooms are spacious, beds comfy and the bathrooms are well appointed. I can’t say enough about the management, staff and accommodations. This will always be my go to hotel when in Cape Town.

Wonderful stay wonderful staff After a delay with our last flight from Johannesburg we arrived at midnight and greeted with a warm smile and shown to our room. The rooms are very spacious and had a very cosy feel and bed comfy. We enjoyed our breakfasts with a buffet selection of fruits, cereals, yogurts toast etc along with a menu to chose a hot meal. We enjoyed our 4 night stay and would highly recommend. Thank you for a great stay

What this property lacked in certain amenities (iron, electrical outlet in bathroom) was certainly compensated for in hospitality, warmth and friendliness. This property is somewhat out of the way as far as access to the waterfront, museums, beaches, attractions, etc; all requiring a cab or Uber. The included breakfast was moderate but filling and freshly-prepared per order. The room was large with the bathroom encompassing 50-percent of total square-footage. Although I wasn't completely comfortable with a door-lock requiring a key to exit the room, I became used to it. The maid staff were great and attentive and the reception crew provided the proverbial "cherry-on-top" with their kindness and smiles. During my 6-day stay, I quickly came to knew each of them and considered them "family" up to my check-out. My room's carpet could use replacing due to the evident wear-and-tear and slight smell of mold (most likely from the heavy rainy-season). If you are looking for peace & quiet all the while being treated like VIPs, I highly recommend this property.

The hotel is away from the town centre in a quiet suburb, and is a small converted colonial house. The rooms were a good size, with all modern amenities and there were excellent views of Table Mountain from the roof terrace. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful, providing a small welcome buffet with champagne, on our arrival. They also provided a packed breakfast for one of our early excursions. Overall a pleasure to stay there.

Other than the view from the rooftop this hotel was a disappointment.We stayed in room 5 which was so small we had to keep our suitcases in the bathroom.The windows in the room looked out onto a corridor opposite the kitchen door so we had to keep the curtains closed.Breakfast was just ok but you eat from plastic tables and chairs

Spent a week at this establishment in March 2022. Very friendly welcome on arrival, all staff very pleasant and helpful. Everywhere very clean and tidy, breakfast selection very good. A great view of Table Mountain and surrounding area from the roof top deck. Would recommend
