This was the absolute worst property I have ever had to deal with in my 25 years of traveling. To begin my review, the property is absolutely impossible to get a hold of. I had booked the reservation with a renown corporate travel agency and they were unable to get in touch with the property for days on end, resulting in a few emails back and forth. We had to cancel last minute due to one of our friends in our party to have under go emergency surgery and have been chasing my refund since then (almost 4 months and counting). Staff is beyond rude and does not return phone calls or emails to my self or my travel agency. Do not book this property under any circumstances!!!

Very disappointed. Booked 4 nights after checking on line that everything was still open. We arrived by train and everything looked okay. The first room we were taken to would not unlock after several minutes and feeling rather nervous we were given another room. We then headed to the pool as the weather was nice the pool water fountains weren't working and it did not look very well maintained but we ventured in. Pool bar was closed as was the hotel bar. We then discovered that the restaurant was also closed. Nowhere on the hotels website did it give this information, we had no transport so did the 30 minute walk to the nearest restaurant. Next day after been woken early by yapping dog the weather wasn't good, looked at the indoor pool but again not fully working or maintained and not heated. I complained to reception about the lack of facilities available if we spent time in the hotel, ie no lunch or dinner available and was told they could do some toast at lunch time if I requested it at reception. We took the free bikes out instead and that was the only good thing about this hotel. We had booked 4 nights, something I would not have done if I had known the restaurant was closed. I asked to check out early because of the lack of facilities available to us and was informed it was hotel policy not to refund the un used nights. I understand this in certain circumstances but they did not provide us with the facilities they were advertising. They also advise no pets but that didn't apply to the managers yapping dog that woke us at 7am each morning. We checked out after 2 nights and no they did not refund us for the u used nights. Make sure before you book this hotel everything is open. If not you definitely need a car. I would not recommend this hotel.

Bellissima struttura, e personale estremamente cortese e disponibile, ma basterebbe poco per renderla super. Suggestivo l'ambiente, con ampi spazi. Un po' più di manutenzione e rinnovo negli arredamenti la renderebbe ancora migliore

Hotel decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative per un 4 stelle. Stile molto impersonale, pulizia non certo eccellente ( sia nel bagno che nella dotazione di biancheria: lenzuola e copriletto macchiati) , materasso e cuscini durissimi, di scatsa qualità. Cucina discreta, colazione mediocre.

Très grande chambre mais nous sommes un peu seuls dans l'hôtel. En été cet établissement propose toutes sortes d'activités ludiques. Il est à 5 min en voiture de Paestum et permet la visite du site sans complications et trajets.
