피에르 & 바캉스 레지당스 칸 빌라 프란시아(Cannes Villa Francia)

This hotel/condo complex has seen better days. Some serious updating would help. The pool is huge and has great views of the Med, but it was also quite dirty and at times overcrowded. Not much in the way of lifeguards either, so keep an eye on kids or anyone who isn't a strong swimmer. It costs 4 euros per beach chair and it's in shifts from 0900-1400 and 1400-1900 as the pool closes by 1945. No restaurant on site and it's a steep walk down to the beach with the nearest restaurant about 15+ mins away. Uber Eats worked fine for delivery here. It's pretty tired looking in the interior. Stayed in a condo owner's unit which was fine but cramped for four people. The units are often designed and updated with the A/C located in the living room/kitchen area which means the bedroom has no A/C or fan. As others have said, leaving the windows open doesn't work well at times with some guests getting drunk and loud into the late hours of the night or having cigarette smoke waft in through open windows. Be sure to keep deck door and front door locked given incidents of theft as well. Not planning to return. Best to look elsewhere.

HORROR AND TERRIBLE, FRAUDULENTS, because I was deceived, I made a reservation for the month of July, and Villa Francia, without my request and without my permission, changed the date of my stay in September, then doubled the price and offered me to buy the same room again for twice as much money, I asked for help from a booking service support but I did not find understanding, and they sided with the fraudster, when you support fraudsters and take their side, automatically you become a fraudulent company, from now on I will be much more careful with you.the stay was horrible, it is an old apartment, the owner was constantly pressuring us, I could not rest at all, the room is very dirty, no towels and sheets for beds and pillows, we had to buy ourselves from the city (very expensive), the refrigerator was very loud and in the living room you can not sleep from it, cutlery did not follow as well as sheets, parking as if there is none, it is provided for a dozen vehicles and there is never enough space for your vehicle, I had to park 1 km from the apartment , on the street and unsafe, they scratched my car, the beach is very far and you go through the train station,the water in the pool is very cold and dirty, there is food in it from the nearby restaurant,

Disgustingly filthy apartment booked through Novasol and the apartment was burgled on the second night. We did not feel safe staying there so had to book extra last minute accommodations at great expense. It is not 500m from the beach but a n extremely hill at least 1k. Wouldn’t give any stars if that was possible it was the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. Paid extra for linen and sheets had blood on them. No too cover so used a tablecloth from the cupboard. Internet rubbish, tv didn’t work, sofa bed was just a sofa, I could say much more

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura dal 30 dicembre 2023 al 2 gennaio 2024. Arriviamo il 30 nel tardo pomeriggio e al nostro arrivo ci accoglie una donna alla reception che ci spiega le cose. Successivamente, quando entriamo nell'alloggio, lo trovo diverso da quanto prenotato. Vabbè passa tanto eravamo in due. Quando poi provo ad aprire l'acqua del lavandino della cucina mi accorgo che è rotto il tubo di scarico e pertanto fuoriesce tutta fuori. Mando una mail alla direzione, la reception era già chiusa. La notte, intanto, non riesco a riposare poiché la ventola fa un rumore assurdo e inoltre i riscaldamenti non sono idonei a riscaldare l'ambiente. la mattina seguente, il 31/12, vado alla reception e con molto stupore trovo il cartello che sono chiusi fino al giorno 2/1/2024 e per ogni necessità inviare una mail (all' indirizzo che già avevo scritto) o contattare un numero di telefono. Ebbene chiamo quel numero e squilla il telefono nel Fox della reception. A questo punto mi rivolgo all' unica persona presente che è il sorvegliante (lo so nn c'entra nulla) a cui spiego l'accaduto e con molta pazienza riesce a contattare qualcuno della struttura a cui spiega la situazione. Non ci credete ma questo genio mi ha mandato le signore delle pulizie. Due povere criste che hanno solo potuto constatare il problema dell' acqua e me lo hanno risolto mettendo un secchio sotto. Invio un'altra mail ad un indirizzo che mi era stato fornito e qui mi rispondono sono in ferie fino al 7 e che avrebbero valutato il mio problema dal giorno 8 gennaio. Inoltre, nei garage vi erano auto dove sopra cadeva acqua proveniente dai tubi di scarico delle fogne. Che dire: pessima accoglienza, pessima struttura e come già ho scritto EVITATE MAEVA presso questa struttura.

ce n'est plus géré par pierre et vacances. il n'y a aucun service! plus de restaurant, plus de superette, rien sur place. voirure indispensable, piscine fermée. ce sont maintenant des particuliers qui louent leurs appartements il reste que la résidence est très bien le parc superbe.

Bonjour superbe résidence qui est entrain de remonter….tout doucement d’une mauvaise pente ..(changement de nom et directeur ) superbe emplacement, vue magnifique sur l’île de lerins belle piscine à débordement ! La plus belle de cannes ..livraison de course possible à domicile …nous mettons a disposition le nécessaire pour nos clients ..(linges serviette …) appartement rénovée entièrement avec goût , climatisation..parking privé , jeux pour les enfants (tennis, terrain foot )… n’hésitez pas ! Chambre correct mais besoin de renouveau...Oreillets jaunes de taches... mais bon ça je me les amene de chez moi..plus de restaurants ni bar.. j y allé il y a plus de 20ans chaque année avec mes parents et je m éclaté! Je sais pas qui est le nouveau directeur mais faut qu il dégage et qu il redonne de la magie à cet endroit qui se noie...

appartement prévu avec une vue mer, nous avons eu des toits bachés pour cause de travaux !!, aucun a résidence perchée dans les hauteurs de cannes, truffée d escaliers pour se rendre d un endroit à un autre, il faut passer par le parking pour faciliter les déplacements, mais au quotidien c est lassant de passer tout son temps à traverser un parking pour se rendre à la piscine, ou autre !! et d ailleurs les transats sont payants 8€ /par jour et par personne, nous étions 6!!je vous laisse calculer le surplus sans en avoir été informé !! j ai réservé mes vacances et payé mon séjour sur maéva pour s entendre dire lorsque j arrive que je ne suis pas cliente maeva !! donc personne pour nous aider, aucun acceuil, nous sommes livrés à nous même, aucun linge de lit ni serviettes !! une soit disant vue mer gâchée par des toits bachés en travaux !! sans parler de l etat des parties communes très très sales !!. et pour finir des agents de sécurité à la piscine qui font tellement la police qu on se croit au pénitencier, à fuir de tte urgence, je comptais les jours pour repartir, tres tres tres déçue je ne recommande vraiment pas. 😡😡😡

La struttura sembra carina dall'esterno, ma gli alloggi e l'intera organizzazione sotto lo zero. Merita solo la piscina! Appartamenti sporchi, comunicazione con la reception inesistente e la scortesia del personale Maeva senza limiti (farebebro meglio a chiudere perchè non hanno idea di come si gestisce una struttura). Le foto sono ingannevoli, ho prenotato due appartamenti con determinate caratteristiche e invece ho ricevuto due topaie, veramente schifoso, non merita nemmeno una stella.
