Hotel consigliatissimo! E' in ottima posizione, a due passi dalla Croisette. È dotato di parcheggio, con valletto, a 20 €/giorno. Stanze belle, letto comodissimo. Prodotti da bagno di alto livello (Clarins). Personale molto gentile.

I have had a fantastic experience at this hotel during the MIPIM conference. The staff is friendly and professional, the rooms are exceptionally clean, and the reception desk is super helpful. A special thank you to Amalia for her outstanding customer service skills. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

I booked this hotel for a holiday in June 2024, but boy how I wished I hadn’t. Foolishly I reached out to the hotel and my experience was POOR..! If you want to feel like a valued customer. If you want to have your emails answered in a reasonable time. If you want anyone at the hotel to deal with your query. If you don’t want to wait 3 weeks for a wholly inadequate reply front office manager and then find out once you reply immediately that they have now gone on holiday…! Then I STRONGLY suggest that you book somewhere else, because this hotel treats you with contempt. Thankfully I got my money back as there is no way I’m spending hard earned money at a place like this. My advice is BOOK ELSEWHERE…!

We stayed in this lovely hotel for my daughter 26th birthday between 21st to 25th of October , loved the hotel, location is excellent to get to beach, and all amenities.Reception staff are so accommodating, bar staff are so pleasant and friendly. Special thanks to Adam, Nouria and another gentleman who sorted the air conditioner in our room. Definitely will stay here again in our next visit to Cannes.

What a wonderful place! Hotel is beautifully decorated, fantastic staff, special compliments to Adam, breakfast delicious and great beach club with perfect lunch! Been here for the third time and already look forward to my next stay!

Is it a 5 star hotel? No not even close but it's descent for the area as it's an expensive area. Agreed that for $350 a night the customer service could be better. But the lobby and rooms are attractive and fresh. (A number of the hotels on my trip were outdated and beaten up.) I like that I had a balcony and there was coffee in the room. It's in a very good location: 15-minute walk from the train station and in walking distance to all the main attractions. A little noisy from the rooms next store. I didn't notice the smell other reviewers did but there is construction going on in the street in front of the building which could be related. In that you must pay the hotel to use the beach, probably better cache to buy the chair and umbrella from the adjacent glamourous Carlton. Get Outlook for iOS

Stayed two nights, paid 700 euro per night. When we arrived first day in the evening the woman in the reception wasnt able to answer basic questions re cancellation policy (as we already started thinking about cancel night two). She just said that we had to call reservation the next day. We also noticed first evening that that the pool area was a mess. Towels and empty water bottles everywhere. However, more surprising was when we had breakfast the next day at 08:45 and the pool area still hadnt been cleaned. On our second day we left the hotel at 10:00 and put the ”please clean room” sign on the door. We came back at 16:00 just to notice that the room still hadnt been cleaned. And for this we paid 700 euro per night.. Overall all staff (except breakfast) was just very non interested. Just stay somewhere else, there are so many better places for this kind of budget.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Staff are rude, my designer bag went missing when I left it in room. Stay anywhere else in Cannes and avoid this hotel!! I regret booking my trip here. Totally unhelpful RUDE staff.
