We stayed here over New Year's in the "Penthouse Suite" Our room was very nice and the staff and service is second to none. The New Year's dinner in the restaurant was fun. Great location with plenty of activities. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a unique hotel, perfectly located to enjoy Granvalira, but you also have the possibility of skiing on a private slope right in front. Perfect for children who want to start with a monitor or with their parents. It is very cozy, we went with the family and a group of friends, and we felt at home but with 5-star service. Worth mentioning is the kids club, where the children had a great time while we enjoyed the good atmosphere in the snowbar. Highly recommended

Andorra An excellent hotel for a family holiday in the snow of Andorra. From the moment we arrived we were very well received and we felt cared for every day by the hotel staff. The architecture is very well chosen for a modern mountain climate. The facilities for children, in the kids club, in the pool and on the ski slope, are great. We went with our 3 year old son and in addition to having his first contact with snow, he had a lot of fun. The restaurants are very good. Breakfast is prepared with care for each guest. The ski structure, both on the hotel slope and in the rental of clothes, equipment and transfer to Soldeu worked very well. Lockers per apartment greatly facilitate logistics between the hotel and the slopes. Highly recommended and we would definitely repeat if we returned to Andorra

This is a very good choice for ski trip. There is two small ski slopes wich beginners can use for free before going to grandvalira, which is a huge benefit compared to other resorts. FB is very strong, all the restaurants delivered high quality food, breakfast was amazing with fresh produce and fresh juices. Dinner at Bruna was nice, but even the bar food was very tasty and fresh. Spa place is great, steam room light therapy etc..everything was clean and free to use. Didn't do a treatment. Service was also very good and all the staff was super nice, everyone had great presentation/well dressed and willing to help. Many people were multilingual, which was impressive. Rooms are huge and feature a balcony. The bed is super comfy, bathroom are luxury and well appointed. Nespresso machine available too. You really can't go wrong choosing this hotel. I could probably live there on permanent basis !

First the positive. Fantastic service and friendly staff, friendly towards kids, very nice spa area (open for kids until 05:00 PM), great breakfast (fresh orange juice, made to order pancakes and eggs) and very nice restaurant with a nice wine list. Very nice outside terasse for drinks etc. Reason for low rating is how poorly I slept. I do not think the hotel is suitable for summer. It was simply too hot. No aircondition, so only option is to open windows. This however, meant that the very busy road just outside was very loud with speeding motorcycles etc. at least until 02:30 AM, also an issue next door building emptied their trash jo next to the room (picture upladed). After I wrote a complaint in the middle of the night, the friendly staff upgraded us from a family room to a suite at 4th floor, it was a bit better, but still the noise was not suitable for a luxury stay in the mountains. I was more stressed leaving than arriving. I complained again at check in, but the very nice staff cannot fix lack of air-condition and location next to busy road. I would only consider going in winter time.
