선셋 비치 리조트 칸돌림(Sunset Beach Resort)

Booked 7 nights at the resort. Left after 6 The first 5 were pleasant. Other than breakfast there were no other options available. One had to walk a few minutes to the main street to local restaurants. We were told it was the off season so everything was shut. The 5th evening though was when disaster hit. A group of 12 noisy individuals occupied rooms around us. There was much yelling and screaming on all sides. There seemed to be no staff to try and curtail the noise. I finally ventured out of the room as they all now descended into the pool just outside our balcony. I sujjested that while they could have fun, they might like to tone it down a bit. It lasted 5 minutes before the cacophony started again. We decided to leave and proceed for dinner. We returned late. While they were out of the pool, the partying carried on in the rooms. Doors were banging closed and music and singing blaring. I called the front desk several times to ask if the neighbours could tone it down a bit, but there was no answer. I tolerated it until midnight, when I tried to contact the staff again, but there was no answer. I then called the owner Tony, who I had met previously but there was no answer inspite of repeated calls. Well the ruckus settled after 3 am. No sleep at all. We then cut short our stay and left. What surprised me was there seemed to be no professional response from the owner or the staff. On leaving I was requested by the front desk for payment of their commission that they owed

We had a fantastic 3 weeks in this hotel rooms were brilliant with 2 balconies to sit and watch the world go by. Food was good with just breakfast included But plenty of places to eat including onsite Bistro which was lovely. It wash a short walk to beach with some great shacks to relax have a drink, food and free sunbeds

We stayed here for three weeks the hotel rooms a dated and a bit basic but that said they the are very clean and was kept that way for the duration of our stay. Staff very helpful wonderful ***ager who went out of his way to help breakfast was limited chose but ok ideal for beach shacks . A couple of really nice restaurants just outside the hotel overall good value for money. Nice pool very clean

excellent hotel in great location, could not fault anything, the rooms are a great size with balcony, air con and a fan. Exceptionally clean with bedding and towels changed everyday. Breakfast is a choice of eggs with toast and jam and fresh coffee. Ideal location short walk to the beach and bars. Booked to come back again this year.

Me and my husband James got back from Goa last week. Our first stay and I was a little nervous. However, no need to be, this place is wonderful. The pool area is clean and maintained and bigger than it looks in the pictures. The breakfast is fresh and tasty, I loved the fruit bowls. The rooms are clean and spacious. What makes this place is the staff, they are amazing, can not do enough for you and always polite. Can no wait to come again.

Great little place ,about a hour from the airport, check in fast and no issues .Room spacious 2 small balcony's clean with very comfortable beds ,safe at no extra charge TV with HDI point good internet via 5G kettle some tea coffee and sugar ,milk whitener .Bathroom as expected good shower ,no hairdryer all in all a home away from home bedding and towels changed often. A/C and fan keeps the room comfortable Reception area comfortable to sit in small garden area with some shade ,pool warm and no issue with getting a sun bed Breakfast toast eggs juice and hot drinks added cost for other items .staff very good always around and helpful Would recommend

Fantastic hotel 5 star. Clean , friendly cheerful staff, perfect location. The Hotel ***ager Raj, well what can i say, he is the most helpful friendly ***ager i have come across, he went out of his way to help me and my husband on 2 occasions. Unfortunately, we left without saying a proper goodbye as he had to go home. Hope all is well Raj. Will be back again next year. I only have 1 little issue.... maybe breakfast can start at 8am not 8.30. I am an early bird.

Ambience at its best . Clean and tidy . Staff hospitality is excellent . Pool although small but very clean . Property is walking steps from beautiful sunset candolim beach view point . Food is mouth watering and very tasty . My favourite loveable place at Goa .Special thanks to Mr. Meltzer and Tony sir , for everything .

What a lovely hotel and experience. I have stayed in ***y hotels in Goa and for me, this has been the best by far. Everything is clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff are all so friendly. Thanks to Raj, the ***ager, for always being so helpful and so approachable. Can't wait to be back there again.
