Perfect stay either with friends or family, the staff is very supportive almost all like Derrick, Subham, Divya, Tapas and so on. The food quality is also very good. The first time I got a complementary mini bar and really enjoyed the same. Must stay if you are looking for the best place in the Candolim area.

Stay was very nice, specially with family and small kid. They even put a small tent in the room for kid to play. There is a complimentary car service to nearest beach or market. Arvind and Babita were excellent in their service. Would definitely come back again.

The rooms were really luxurious, like 5-star or something. The staff was super friendly, especially Suhash, Pappi, Divya, Shabnam, Tapas, and Sanjay. You should definitely go there, and you can get the best rates on Agoda.

Newly built property ....stay was awsome bcoz of the staff Special tjanls to Mr Bapi who made iur stay enjoyable .....he is a gem of the person kids were really happy ...would really recommend everyone for this property and not even Mr Bapi even Miss Divya ,Lioneland ensured that we have a pleasent stay

I had the best experience in a brand new property. The ***ager Mr Bapi is the goto guy for any special assistance, if needed. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Pool is beautiful with sparkling clean water. Will recommend to visit atleast one.

Excellent property with good amenities. House keeping and room services are excellent. Pick and drop to beach is free. Sanish Jason from room service was really helpful.
