환상적인 인프라와 영화촬영 장소를 갖춘 호텔이 레스토랑에 대한 관심과 서비스가 이토록 형편없다는 것은 정말 실망스럽습니다. 웨이터들은 전혀 부주의했습니다. 제가 구입한 와인 한 병은 유리잔에 담겨 제공되지 않았고, 완성된 요리는 테이블에서 절대 치워지지 않았으며, 계산서를 받으려면 자리에서 일어나 계산원에게 걸어가야 했습니다. 이런 곳이 레스토랑의 부주의하고 열악한 서비스 팀으로 인해 여행 경험을 망치는 것은 믿을 수 없을 것 같습니다.

My wife and I have been to Villa La Massa several times in the past few years, and each time we promised ourselves that we would someday share our favorite hotel with our entire family, perhaps to celebrate a big occasion. Well, we finally did it! We have always been impressed by the polished, personal and warmly elegant hospitality on prior visits, but the true test would be this time with our party of eight + toddler. I am happy to report that every member of our family agreed that Villa La Massa exceeded even our prior rave reviews! From the exceptionally beautiful rooms with Arno views to the two inspired onsite restaurants to the pool & spa facilities, VLM is a relaxing bit of paradise, yet is only a short hotel-van ride to the excitement and treasures of Florence. We can't thank the wonderful staff enough for making even our youngest traveler feel so welcome -- and the rest of our party is still talking about our remarkable family celebration! Sound good? It is! (And we've already booked our return visit...)

Amazing, incredible stay! Beautiful historic property that was really unique, with the most amazing customer service. I felt like I was in a fairytale.

We wanted to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our family and looked for a place near Florence. Villa la Massa was recommended to us along with several other places. We researched for a long time and decided to choose Villa la Massa for our celebration. We had our three married children along with five grandchildren, ages ranging from 3 to 16. Our week at Villa la Massa exceeded all of our expectations. The staff was friendly and exceedingly helpful. There was never a hesitation in meeting our requests. The rooms were spotlessly clean (my most important criteria), very spacious and beautifully decorated. The food was delicious and the chefs bent over backwards to accommodate our many dietary needs. Their shuttle service was very convenient, taking only 20 minutes to get to and from Florence. It was the best of all worlds having such easy access to the city and a beautiful pool and grounds for all of us to enjoy. For the kids there was a great climbing adventure park about 40 minutes away and lots of small towns to explore nearby for the adults. It was extremely hot (95 - 100 degrees) so we spent a lot of time at the pool (connected to a baby pool). All 13 of us had a vacation we will never forget.

This was the best place I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was so clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and having a good time from the moment we walked in the door. The decor and feel of the hotel is just beautiful. The outdoor terrace was cute to have a glass of wine at while watching the sun set over the Tuscan hills. There is also free shuttle that brings you back and forth to Florence.

I took my whole family of 12 to Florence Italy and stayed at the Villa La Massa. It is close to the city and and located on the river Arno. The facilities are amazing and they have recently added a fantastic new pool and adjacent Bistro. They have facilities for all ages. The restaurants are fabulous and the staff very attentive. The chef visited our table and can prepare special meals upon request. The views of the countryside and the river while you enjoy your meal is breathtaking. We partook in cooking classes and Spa treatments which I highly recommend. We also did guided tours of Florence including visits to the Ufizzi and Academia to se the famous statue of David. All of our activities were arranged by Tamar Trambusti at the Villa La Massa including transportation, tours, Spa treatments, cooking classes, museum tickets, dinner reservations at the Villa and in town. Tamara Trambusti did a fantastic job of making our visit to the Villa La Massa a trip of a lifetime. I recommend contacting Tamara by e mail when making reservations as she can assist with room selection, transportation, reservations , tours and everything you will need to make your visit to Villa La Massa as memorable as mine.(********************************)

Great restaurant, awesome service in the restaurant and overall. Hotel is dated, pool cold and not heated. Suggested management invests into a pool heater so kids can enjoy the pool cause water was freezing. Rooms need updating badly. In room only tub, no shower. Remote quite area outside the city, tranquil and peaceful. Very relaxed atmosphere. Again, restaurant staff incredible, gourmet menu, great breakfast. Will definitely return but without kids. Highly recommend.
