클럽 레지나 칸쿤(Club Regina Cancun)

The property was below our standard and the pictures were quite misleading. We purchased a room that had an ocean view and instead were put in a dungeon-like, dark room in the basement with no view. When we confronted the front desk staff with what we actually paid for versus what we got we were told they were booked. ******* noted that a $14 local tax would be collected at the property. This turned out to be approximately $85. The staff struggled to explain the nature and amount of the charge. I would not stay here again.

Beach access is great and airport distance. Service is not good, I had to enter the kitchen to get the attention of the waiters to be seated. Same thing to get my check and pay. The building could do a renovation. I stayed on a ground floor room and had the view of the entrance gate. Not so secluded. My room got a sewage smell.

Property is old and can use some updates. Sofa bed is not comfortable. Should be replaced by a regular bed. Housekeeping service is not satisfactory. Maintenance crew responds promptly and is helpful. Stove was not working and dishwasher had issues when we checked in. Kitchen amenities are poor.

Large suite with kitchen and jacuzzi. A/C worked well. Quiet and comfortable. At the end of the bus line, so very convenient to get to anywhere. Nice walks along the beach despite the wind.

I showed up and there was no one around for hours. Rain was inside the hotel and there was no electricity for nearly 48 hours. This hotel is in poor condition, badly managed and needs a generator. I would t recommend this to my worst enemy

I like the property very much, everything was as expected. Staffs were very friendly. Only think I didn't like, they didn't provide the ocean view room which I was committed by ******* when I book the trip. They told ocean view rooms are only for members but not for guests.

It's very nice and it's in a very good location, wait for us to come back soon

I can see me going there again. I was also super excited to see leatherback turtles on the beach. I love seeing nature.

Definitely the property does look outdated, although I liked how spacious and big the club room was. It had a little kitchen and hydromassage. It smell like humidity but it’s normal for a hotel on the beach ( I think ) lol. The weather wasn’t that favorable so the waves were strong , it was red flag my entire stay. Breakfast food was 6/10 not alot of options very limited. Also there is a resort fee when you get to the hotel of $1280 pesos or so on top of the tax.
