Mooi hotel dat centraal is gelegen in Ca’n Picafort. De winkelstraat en het strand liggen om de hoek. Mooie entree, vriendelijke dames aan de receptie. Inchecken is vanaf 14 uur, indien je eerder aankomt, dan is er een ruimte waar je de bagage alvast kunt achterlaten. Uitchecken is om 12 uur, dus geen stress omdat je vroeg de kamer uit moet. Wij verbleven in kamer 322 en keken uit op de straat en als je iets naar links keek over het balkon, dan kon je de zee zien. Mooie kamer, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Asngezien wij er met 3 personen (2 volwassenen en dochter van 17) verbleven, werd er een opklapbed bijgezet. Dit was een prima bed met een dik matras. In de badkamer is handzeep, douchegel en shampoo aanwezig. Je verblijft op basis van halfpension in dit hotel. Zowel het ontbijt als het avondeten zijn geweldig. Er is voor ieder wat wils. Er is ook life-cooking, s’morgens kon je hier pannekoekjes en spiegelei bestellen. En s’avonds werd hier vlees en vis vers op bereid. Iedere avond was er een thema, denk aan Spaanse tapas, sushi, Amerikaans. Het waa iedere dag een feest om te gaan eten. In de bar is er op een avond na, iedere avond live-muziek. Het zwembad is niet heel groot, maar prima voor ons. Er is een apart kinderbadje. En er zijn voldoende ligbedjes aanwezig. Sauna en massage zjn er ook maar hier hebben wij geen gebruik van genaakt. Ook is er een fitnessruimte aanwezig in het hotel. Kortom een aanrader voor een verblijf in Ca’n Picafort!

Second time, but again a great experience. Location is good; Very nice and professional workers; Breakfast and dinner was very tasty and the room was confy; Dinner room need more tables. We Will back again.

I had an amazing time in JS Yate Can Picafort ! All the staff were lovely, they were always polite and willing to help! I would definitely recommend if you wanna have some wonderful time in Mallorca! ( PS: The shows are amazing, really great musicians! Had so much fun! 🎶)

Stayed here after a horribly long journey out. The receptionist guy was really helpful and ensured I got into my room straight away. The next day, I came for breakfast and realised they had freshly made omelette and pancake sections (wonderful). Having a pool and garden to relax in was fabulous. Beach was a straight walk 5 mins away. If you want a toothbrush and toothpaste, just ask at reception. You can borrow a large towel with a refundable deposit. Safe is chargeable in the room. The bed was massive. Evening meals had a big selection of food, as all different nationalitys here. Note that if you want a hotel that has a swimming pool in the sun all day, this is probably not the one for you. I loved it here, though. Many thanks for everything.

My husband and I have stayed in Can Picafort twice before.J S Yate is located 5 minutes walk from the beach, close to shops and restaurants. Excellent restaurant. Food and service is of a very high standard. Staff are courteous and friendly. Rooms are spacious, modern and very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel.

slept there to be closer for ferry to alcudia. Unfortunately not clean at all, smelly. we asked for change and received something better, but the hotel itself could be much cleaner or at least a new carpet. breakfast was ok. Very crowded mass tourism area.

First impressions .....when we arrived it was 11pm and i hadnt printed off my booking. So had to email it to reception this annoyed me as i just wanted to get in the room and to bed! Not setup internet!! On opening the bedroom doors to look at balcony it was prison like with white metal railings not at all private. Smoke from a neighbour.. came into our room!! Bedroom a good size and modern shower room. No kettle in room. Cleaning not thorough. The thing that disappointed me mostly was the food on offer. Breakfast pancakes fried or hard boiled eggs usual meats croissants etc fresh fruit just usual apples pears bananas melon no berries but tinned fruit offered.and yoghurt also usual cereals no marmite or separate jams thse werein pots Toaster ..bread had to be put in four times to toast!! Evening meal . same most days. Nothing labelled ie is the soup vegetarian... ? Food very exceptable if you eat fish and meat and most of the salads contained ham or fish.. pasta and rice and chips nothing different. Tumbet one evening . And one evening the chef grilled me some vegetables as i had mentioned there was nothing for me to eat... Oh and you had to purchase drinks 5.60 for 2 bottles water every night. No access to tea or coffee in the evening. . Only peppermint and camomile teas apart from usual caffinated teas coffees on offer in the morning Not happy i can't be the only vegetarian!!!! Disappointed will i return no not to the hotel or Can Picafort.. .

I arrived I had gold executives deal which was chance of room upgrade , late check out and a bottle of sparkling wine, didn’t receive nothing on check in , and usually wine is in my room , none there so asked reception they had no idea showed them the e mail , the manager came and she had no idea about this as well so , I just it doesn’t matter then went away and manager called me back , the receptionist found it on my check in details , and said they didn’t put it in my room because it would be warm which was I lie, and there’s a fridge , then next day the gym was open at 8am so finished ay 9.30 then went into jacuzzi , some man came in shouting angrily in Spanish , I had no idea what was happening , so I got out and went to complain about his behaviour, and reception backed him saying he wanted to drain jacuzzi and not open until 10am , I said I thought it was 8am , she said no 10am , I said I’m sorry I had no idea and door was open , she was rude saying he was angry because it was not open , I said no way to shout at someone like , if he was nice and explained and told me nicely instead of shouting there would be no issue, she kept on backing him up raising her voice, I have never experienced staff like this and I will never go back to a js hotel again.
