I was pregnant the last we came here, so I wasn't able to explore as much as we wanted. But what we did manage was good. Our dining experience was good. The staff were friendly apart from 1 woman behind the check-in desk. We are returning next June with 2 more children since our 1st visit a few years ago.

Just arrived back from the Son Baulo hotel, we had a great stay. We had booked a standard sea view room and then upgraded to a superior sea view room which was definitely worth it. We stayed in room 453 which got the morning sun as I had requested. I was lucky enough to sit and watch the sun rise from the balcony more than once. The beds were extremely comfortable and our room was plenty big enough with a big walk in shower. The food was great for both breakfast and dinner and always plenty of choices. The staff were very friendly and helpful I would definitely return again

Stayed for ten days at the beginning of May after my last visit in September and have already booked to come back next year. The hotel has the best staff around, they all work so hard but are always friendly and happy to help especially the bar staff, big thanks to them all for putting up with my drunk self for ten evenings! There’s an English lady on reception as well who’s name I can’t remember but she is amazing too, I went out one evening with some new friends I’d met at the bar and I was a little apprehensive but she made sure I knew where we were going and that I had the phone number for the hotel if I got in any trouble. The food is lovely with plenty of choice for vegetarians, and the snack bar menu has had a glow up this year with some really good new choices, I highly recommend the goats cheese and honey salad. The rooms are maybe a little basic as others have said but they are spacious and comfortable and the location and overall atmosphere in the hotel more than makes up for it in my opinion. It’s always very clean too, the common areas were always spotless. Entertainment was very good this year too with some very good musical acts, David deserves a mention too, he’s fantastic, don’t know where he gets his energy but he’s an asset to the hotel! Already can’t wait to come back.

Basic but clean hotel. Staff deserve a special mention they all work very hard and are courteous and polite. Food is good and hot with something for everyone. Beds are comfortable always slept well. Room 226 overlooking baby pool is good as weather seemed to come from the east or west when we were here so we could sit on the balcony and be shielded from wind and on occasions rain. Overall an excellent early holiday.

Just returned from another great stay at the Son Baulo Hotel. We can not fault this Hotel, (Fourth visit) we stayed in the pool view rooms on the third floor. Very comfortable beds and pillows, super hot powerful shower above the bath, kettle and mini-fridge too. My son and daughter both upgraded to the VIP superior rooms with the wrap around corner balconies ( Rooms 400 & 300) The views were fantastic. Breakfast and evening meals were great too. The hotel entertainer was David who does a great job on his own organising daily events ie. Darts, bowls, water polo, etc. and of cause cash bingo in the evening (we won a £300 euros house £350 euros house and £15 euros shared line not bad) The evening entertainment was great too with tribute acts, solo singers etc. The comedian called George Penn was fantastic nearly 2 hours of non stop laughter. The Hotel is positioned right next to the beach so the best of both worlds for swimming pool or the sea. The Hotel is kept miraculously clean and tidy by team of cleaning staff who work extremely hard and always polite to guests. Looking forward to visiting the Son Baulo Hotel again.

Stayed for 3 days after a cruise, maybe we were spoilt but really the place was built in 1968 and it shows, it screams out of date ideas. While we were there the main courses in the restaurant of an evening consisted of Fish & Chips, Roast Beef & Yorkshire Pudding and Roast Lamb with Boiled potatoes and gravy. Breakfast was a noisy chaotic mess, with tea/coffee machines that were slow and delivered very average drinks, the orange juice tasted more like orange squash and the single toaster led to long queues. The "entertainment" is also stuck in the 70's with Bingo & a kiddies disco followed by low grade singers. Not forgetting the the daytime entertainment manager who seemed to think that yelling at the top of his voice meant he was entertaining,yet again in a 1970s kind of way. During our 3 day stay the sheets were not changed once, the room barely even tidied and to top it all the "early breakfast" we requested as we had to be at Palma airport for 8 a.m. consisted of some left over cold items from the night before and cereals with skimmed milk only, and an instruction not to use the toaster as it could only be operated when qualified staff were there, The one and only highlight was the lunchtime menu in the Baulino bar. 3 stars? 2 at most, it had the benefit of making us glad to go home which if we'd gone home straight after the cruise we wouldn't have been. Such a shame when it's location next to an incredible nature reserve could have been a big draw but they clearly aim for a clientele that hasn't moved on since the days of Torremelinos being a sophisticated resort

A fab hotel location right on the beach . Food was great plenty choice and variety. The staff were amazing working long busy days but always smiling and accommodating. Entertainment was top class at night and have to say loved the bingo 😂. Would definitely highly recommend a visit.

Just got back today from week's holiday at son baulo, lovely hotel, friendly staff ,bar staff done table service for you and food was really good too plenty of choices, David who was in charge of entertainment was fantastic great daytime activities full of fun,and nightime entertainment was top notch ,disco for kids,bingo,quizzes and live acts nearly every night all great singers, there was no need to go anywhere else, also we had a sea view from our balcony and sandy beach right outside the hotel, couldn't fault it one bit

Lovely hotel brilliant location right on the beach excellent staff all very friendly and efficient couldn’t fault anything will definitely go back again lovely and clean all over the hotel. Good evening entertainment reasonable prices great hotel great holiday right next to the promenade and nature reserve.
