Stayed here for 2 nights, 3 days. Staff at reception were pleasant and helpful. Hotel is in Centro on Calle 10, so traffic noise might be an issue for light sleepers. Add to that "Restaurant Row "Calle 59 is right around the corner so all the restaurants and street musicians noise continue well into the late night. Our room was standard and pretty small. Double bed was comfy but tight for 2 adults. Hotel didn't offer any queen or king options. Also no fridge in the room or access to an ice machine. We did get bottled water daily. Room had a small window, but hard to see anything outside as it was a bit high up. We were hoping for a balcony as seen in the picture but seems there's not too many of those rooms. Hotel also has no elevator if you have mobility issues. We only saw 2 rooms on the ground floor facing the courtyard where breakfast is served and they're not very private. Breakfast itself was ok, with hot and cold options. We paid extra for it, but I would recommend going outside the hotel for better options.
One thing that really bothered me was the drain smell in the bathroom. We had to make sure we kept the bathroom door closed which helped a little. We liked the city itself but we're glad we only had a short stay as we also found prices on restaurant row - Calle 59 - a bit expensive.
