컴포트 인 캠프 버드 I-17(Comfort Inn Camp Verde I-17)

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our room was found to be immaculate. Even if we were planning to stay in this area for several days, the Comfort Inn would be a good choice.

Hot tub was not operational. Said it was seasonal when we got there but ******* did not relect that

The sinks were clogged. When I brushed my teeth in the morning when I came back in the evening it was still there. My employee said there was no towels in his room. Will never come back to this place.

Room was not ready at 3:00 PM check in so we had to choose 3rd floor room that was ready but the elevator wasn't working so my 75 year old husband had to walk up three flights of stairs with dementia and Parkinson's which was extremely hard after a long long drive

Good location if you are going to Phoenix or Sedona. Doesn’t have much options but Denny’s and some other fast food options are at walkable distance. Breakfast could have been better but it was pretty good stay given price and location.

Terrific service, breakfast buffet, rooftop pool, hot tub, and room. BUT, we were awoken throughout the early morning (3am) with sounds of what seemingly was people moving tables across the floor in the area above us (12th floor). Very poor night of sleep. Also to note - overnight parking was $25, and perhaps a few signs could be erected to indicate where pool and fitness center are.

Terrific, full breakfast buffet. Great service, fitness area, rooftop pool and hot tub, and room. BUT, we were awoken multiple times throughout the very early morning (3am) with very loud noises which sounded like people moving tables above us. Also, a couple arguing in the hallway. The hotel guests could benefit from a few signs to let everyone know where things like the pool, fitness center and breakfast are located.

Mostly a great stay and very comfortable. I think the ceilings in the room could use some attention. Cobwebs and quite a bit of dust, but that's also AZ for you. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Front desk staff not trained to handle check ins.we got there at 2pm to see if we can get the room early as we did dozen of times at different hotels, but the lady without even listen the whole sentence that check in is at 3pm. We had to wait until 4pm to get our room because it was not ready and cleaned. The lady was not really ready to handle such a small situation and got a little offended when we asked her how long we would be waiting. In general it was not an experience that meets expectations. When we got to the room I wanted to put a couple of things in a drawer and I was shocked to find that it was full of food waste and garbage. The bed was not cleaned.
