라 카몰리에세(La Camogliese Hotel B&B)

Lovely little hotel conveniently situated in the heart of Camogli. The rooms were perfect for us- not too small, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was a surprisingly diverse buffet and all the staff were congenial. It was great for the two nights we stayed and had everything we needed- not luxury, but also a comfortable place to travel from and rest well with the sounds of the ocean at night.

September 2023: A lovely hotel in the heart of Camogli. Things to note: (1) Very close to the train station. When you come out of the station, you cross the street, and take the lift/elevator (kind of hidden, best to look at Google maps or maybe contact the hotel) down, turn right when you get off the lift, and there it is: (2) Staff very friendly; (3) Nice, clean, safe rooms. We each had our own rooms — nice size with private bathrooms; (4) Everything is very close by. It's a very small town, so it's easy to get around. The hotel is in the pedestrian area, so no cars. Beach about 100 feet away; (5) Breakfast was included with our room — decent: drinks, breads, meats, cheeses, etc. Would highly suggest this family-run hotel.

What a splendid place to stay to enjoy Camogli? An easy walk from/to the train station (use the public elevator). Close proximity to the beach, and an easy walk to superb dining. Oh, and a ‘pop-up’ major street bazaar was one street over! And this says nothing of the facility, clean, well maintained, secure. Only exceeded by the staff who were helpful, spoke English and had a good time doing what they needed to do ensure our stay was perfect. They exceeded our expectations.

What a treat to stay in this delightful hotel in Camogli - my daughter and I stayed in the Studio self catering apartment right on the pebble beach and swam every morning - we so enjoyed this delightful hotel and this terrific hidden gem Camogli in Luguria. we loved every minute of our four day stay. thank you

This property overlooks the sea but is quiet inside. On the front you are next to the square housing the famous frying pan . The staff here are exceptional.

Location is amazing! Access to the beach right outside the main entrance to the hotel. Beware that if you get the smaller room on the lower level, it is VERY small. This was fine for us as we spent minimal time in the room, but finicky travelers will want to book one of the larger rooms. Such a cool spot overall, walking distance to the seaside cafes and the castello brown. I wish we could have stayed another night. Also, the website noted that private parking wasn't available but was under construction, it seems like that parking garage is now complete because we were told at check-in that parking was available (but we'd already parked on the street nearby). Late check in is available until midnight, but you will have to leave your passport at the front desk until the daytime manager can process it the next morning. Not a big deal to me, but some folks may find this offputting. The coolest thing to me is that I didn't realize just how close the sea was to the hotel, but you can open your window and hear the waves hitting the shore. Other than that, the room was clean and air conditioned, it was just small.

I don't normally comment on the staff, but the staff at Hotel Trevi Palace were so exceptional that it really made an impression on us. They made us feel like a valued guest with every single interaction. That combined with the great location, within walking distance of every major attraction and many wonderful dining options, made this the perfect hotel for us.

Pro, bedroom and bath were spotless and appeared newly/tastefully decorated and furnished. Linens freshly pressed. Loved the blue/ white theme. Breakfast had a wide selection. Staff very friendly and helpful. Also took the ferry to Portafino, another gem. Con, if you have a car, note… unable to park on site. Try finding a parking spot on the street..impossible. Needed to park in a private lot for a price. At least it was gated overnight. U can walk back (10 mins downhill with numerous stairs) or take the bus. Other then the parking I would recommend this hotel. I would stay there again.

Friendly staff, comfortable, very clean & great location. Terrific breakfast each morning. Close to the train station & simple walk to the waterfront with a wide variety of restaurants/ sunsets. Great value. We would definitely return & recommend
