We stayed for two nights while visiting SPI. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was very convenient.
The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was friendly and accommodated our needs.
The exterior of the hotel and pool area shows some signs of wear (peeling paint, etc.), but not enough to effect our stay.
We can't say enough about the breakfast. It was more than your typical hotel buffet with eggs, sausage and waffles. There was also a made-to-order omelet bar.

Enjoyed our stay but rooms need some work and beds need replacing. Our bathtub had black twirl of mold where the nonslip coating had peeled away. Beds were awful! If work was put into the rooms i would have given 5 stars.

It was beach front and the beach was beautiful. Next time we will try and get a room beach front. Staff were very friendly. Room service was excellent!

The balcony was a small balcony with the air conditioner hot air blowing out over half the balcony making it unusable. You have to turn off the ac to sit there . Bathroom is usable but needs a little update . The outdoor seating chairs are totally uncomfortable.

Amazing staff. ******* booked the wrong room and the hotel manager was super accommodating and even gave us an upgrade with an ocean view. The free breakfast had an omelette station and a peekaboo view of the ocean. Nice gift shop for amenities located in lobby. Everywhere we walked there was a staff member ready with a smile. One of the best experiences in a hotel!

There were a lot of things that we really liked about this property. The front desk staff and staff for the morning breakfast were all very friendly and helpful. The property is clean. Yes, there are a few things/areas that could use a touch-up, but it is nothing that really impacts your stay. The beds were comfortable, and we really enjoyed the breakfast every morning.
The only complaint that we have is noise. There was a party or something on the 4th floor our first night there. We were staying two floors down but could hear the chairs and tables being moved and cleaned for a long time. I don't think the noise stopped until at least 2 to 3 am. Every time we fell asleep, something loud would wake us up, which was really unfortunate as we were very tired from traveling. The backdoor to the restaurant was also right below our sliding door. This caused some noise also but wasn't as bad.
Overall, we would still recommend this hotel and would stay here again if we come back to the area again.
