Clean, friendly, comfortable and affordable - this is an option that ticks all the boxes! All stages of booking and arrival were straightforward. The accommodation was unfussy but absolutely fine for the reasonable price. Everything worked well and was comfortable. Excellent sleep quality, which had not been the cace in other, pricier stops on my trip! The breakfast was fine, though "snack" would be a fairer description than "continental" as had meen mentioned. In summary, I would not hesitate to request a future stay here - the guest house is located in a pleasant and interesting area. For the record, I found it a very convenient distance from the railway station and also from central Cambridge.

Really nice guest house. My room was spacious, clean with modern furniture and a really comfy bed with good pillows as well. I liked the mini fridge in the room as well as an iron and ironing board. The guest house is allegedly a 20 minute walk from Cambridge Train Station and that it is easily walkable. DO NOT BELIEVE THIS. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND TAKE A CAB FOR AROUND £9.00. WORTH EVERY PENNY. No. 2 bus stops at the end of the road into the city centre but this finishes much earlier in the evening that i didn't bank on so had to pay for another cab to get home. Friendly hosts made this a good experience and i highly recommend it.

Spent a night here prior to my daughter's graduation. Single room was small but comfortable and very well equipped with mini-fridge, kettle, iron, even a fan which unfortunately I did not find until the next morning! Generally very clean but could use a bit of hoovering under the bed. The only thing I didn't come across which I could have used would be something to chain my bicycle to outside.

Park House Guest House was clean and well maintained throughout my stay but am very disappointed that there was cold shower(not evenwarmforhands), cold tap water and no heating. I was given a fan heater on my arrival day and told that engineers were coming the following day. That statement was in vain. I tried a shower and it was not convenient for temperatures around -2 in Cambridge. I'm now back with a heavy flu. I wanted to use them nearly every week for my work there but unfortunately it's now never again.
